Immoral idiots hiding behind a bank account.

This company bleeds money out of people without any morals or conscience.
I am a pensioner and having experienced a damaged wheel and tyre from a pothole in the rain and at night, I had to get off a three lane road to safely change the wheel.
The nearest available safe place was a hotel car park. It took me 25 minutes in the dark and rain to change the tyre and I have been charged for illegally parking. I only used the car park as a safe place off the main road to change the wheel in the dark. I appealed but it made no difference to these money-grabbing morons who hide behind a desk and bank account.
They have no empathy, no sense, and no sensitivity. It is solely a money making venture with no morals or ethics.

My elderly mother, who struggles with mobility and technology due to her age, was slapped with a parking charge notice (PCN) for supposedly overstaying in a car park by less than two minutes. This wasn't an error on her part – it was the direct result of their deliberately confusing signage and archaic payment systems, which are designed to trap unsuspecting drivers rather than facilitate fair use.
Picture this: an 80-something woman, trying her best to navigate a dimly lit car park with tiny QR codes, faded instructions, and no helpful staff in sight. She pulled in briefly to drop off some items, but the "pay here" machine was glitchy, the app wouldn't load on her basic phone, and the signs were a jumble of fine print that even I struggled to decipher. By the time she figured it out (or so she thought), their ANPR cameras had already clocked her – and bam, a £100 fine arrives in the post weeks later, with threats of court and bailiffs if unpaid. This isn't parking management; it's a shakedown, plain and simple.
What makes this truly corrupt is how National Parking Management flouts basic decency and likely UK regulations under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and IPC Code of Practice. Grace periods? This isn't isolated; it's a business model built on exploitation, raking in revenue from the confused and elderly while dodging accountability. They're not members of the BPA (British Parking Association) in good standing, and their "management" reeks of unlawful overreach – issuing charges without proper landowner authority or transparent enforcement.
Do yourself a massive favor: Avoid any car park under National Parking Management's control like the plague. If you get a ticket, don't pay – appeal aggressively via their site, then escalate to the landowner, IPC, or even small claims court. Forums recommend templates from Pepipoo or MSE to fight back effectively. In my case, I've got a solicitor on board to challenge this nonsense and recoup costs – and we'll win, because their house of cards crumbles under scrutiny.
National Parking Management: 1/5 stars. More like zero. They're a scam-ridden outfit that preys on the vulnerable, operates outside ethical bounds, and deserves every bit of public backlash. Spread the word – the more we expose them, the harder it gets for them to operate.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. No visible signage until you've already entered the property and they're going to fine you anyway. They don't care about anything. Only went in due to medical emergency. Spent 30 seconds googling to see if I needed to take my daughter to A&E and left. Didn't even get up the drive to the car park! I can promise you I'm never going to that local business again.
Business owners - look elsewhere.

Need to display signs properly

Need to display signs properly. Why have it back to front and not displayed the right way round , It should be displayed so you can see it when driving up not displaying the back of the sign which is blank. Unfortunately because of this error on your part I got a fine .

Very disappointed

I had stopped to restart my car as the dashboard console wasn’t working and i couldn’t start the car, I was stationary for 4 minutes before I managed to start the car. For the information this was in place with no traffic at all… I have sent appeal and received what looks like automated reply, so it looks like no one even looked on the appeal just was automatically rejected. I would assume they at least read the appeal and decide individually, but looks like there is nothing legit about this company. They put the contracts in place but not even stick to the rules by themselves…

Stay far away from this company. Worst parking management company ever. Please Business don't even try to approach this NPM. They will put you in the contract and will blame you for everything.

Thugs and bully boys

Totally Unreasonable..

Parked in the car park of the property I was moving into, went to flat to pick up keys and everything then came down to find I had been given a ticket.

I wrote in to explain was told no permit on display you pay.. the reason they gave wasn't even an answer to my appeal they just fob you off with threats of increasing the total fine and passing to debt collectors..

Its like they never even read my reasons and just send you a standard reply denied appeal.

5 mins they gave me from parking to get to top floor find the flat wait to get keys and permit before I returned to find I was fined.. even sent in the photo of it in the screen!!

I understand the reasons they fine but when you prove you live there and the reason it wasn't in the screen was that I was collecting it as only then moving in that day!!
