NSARCO.com, also called the National Service Animal Registry, is a scam site that does not provide legitimate services. NSARCO.com claims to be the National Service Animal Registry and offers a registration service for your ESA as well as certificates, ID tags, vests, and other products. These are immediate red flags as there is no official registration for ESAs and registering them has no value. It is obvious that NSARCO is not a legitimate website. Its claims to be able to register your ESA are false. Upon further investigation, the site directs patients to a therapist service that can provide ESA letters. However, it leads the customer to believe that registering your ESA is the way to qualify for the benefits with the Housing Authority and with national airlines. This site also has a phone number that goes straight to voice mail and, though there is a physical location listed on the site, it’s impossible to verify. The company does not mention speaking with any licensed physicians or mental health professionals and implies that filling out some forms is all you need to do to ‘register’ your ESA and gain the benefits of living and traveling with them. Registered my ESA “Buddy” with National Service Animal Registry a few weeks ago and I’m glad I did. They were courteous and knowledgeable from my initial contact with them. Zach walked me through the process and a few days later, my kit was in my box. Everything was professional looking. Great company.
