BUYERS BEWARE
Ordered and received 4 Interco M16 tires. Two tires have bad belts in them. Truck shaking terribly. Immediately contacted NTW. After 3 weeks+ waiting on resolution, still unresolved. This type of business is what is fundamentally wrong with our Country. I am beyond disappointed in NTW and Interco. BUYERS BEWARE

Louis, I'm sorry that the factory wanted the tires back to inspect them before warranting them. We do not have any control over how a manufacturer wants to handle a possible warranty.

They wrong size tire came in and I was told that a 20% restocking fee would be charged for the tires I send back as well as shipping cost when the tires I ordered weren’t the tires I received. This is BS and I will never spend a dime with NTW, I’d rather walk than do business with a company who wants to charge me $339 to restock a product. That’s your job as a business, not mine as a customer.

I am not sure what you are referring to. We have made several attempts to contact you by phone and by email after seeing this review, but have received no response from you. I have checked our call logs and do not see where you have talked to anyone here except when you called in the day after you placed the order to see how long it would take your order to arrive. If you did indeed, receive something other than what you ordered, we will be glad to take care of the issue. Please give us a call.

Best Tire Shop
I have 16.5 rims. Tires have been nearly impossible to find. I found these guys and their website was easy to use, the product was reasonably priced, and the lead time was better than I ever could've imagined. Next time I need tires for either of my trucks, I will be using these guys!
