For the whole of my experience with Nuffield, I have been delighted with the standard of care and the professionalism shown by everyone. This included he pre-op assessment , the surgery and the follow-up out-patient appointments.

All round excellent experience.

From my initial appointment with Mr Wilson the whole experience of having a hip replacement has gone very smoothly. I was most impressed with his kind and caring professionalism. I was very apprehensive to have a hip replacement as my first every surgery but was put at ease and felt reassured every step of the way. The hospital and staff were all really friendly and helpful and the nursing staff looked after me respectfully. The room and food were good and I can't think of anything negative from start to finish.

From arriving at the hospital the level of care was excellent. All the staff are kind considerate and helpful.
The consultant and anaesthetist came to see me before I went down for the operation and try to put you at ease.
Now, 9 weeks on, pain free, and got my life back again.
Many thanks to all staff, but mainly to my surgeon, Mr Stefan Niculescu.

Everyone at the Nuffield were very thoughtful and understanding giving me excellent care throughout my stay. All the staff were very attentive and good humoured.

Everything about my treatment was administered professionally,cl from beginning to present. The Staff, throughout the whole process were brilliant.

care and service was excellent throughout my stay, follow up inquiries about medication did not reach the same standards, but overall it was a satisfactory stay.

I went in for surgery with Mr Mellington at Woodingdean and the whole experience was very good. Everything ran very efficiently, I was treated with care and compassion at all times. All the staff were helpful and kind and the environment and surroundings were pleasant.

I am happy to recommend Nuffield Ipswich to anyone considering a procedure. All of the staff from pre-assessment, x-ray, physio house keeping, hostesses , ward staff and theatre team were friendly, supportive and made the whole journey an easier experience. Well done everyone

Was a bit chaotic at first due to an appointment change that no one seemed to realise in the hospital which was a bit distressing re check ups and my stay but the staff were lovely, Josh the physio very good and overall that made up for the faux pas

As an NHS patient, treated within a Nuffield Hospital I was given excellent care by EVERYONE I dealt with.

Mr Kersey, my consultant, was super professional. He explained the issue I had thoroughly and made his recommendation making sure I was aware of all the pros and cons and how the procedure would take place so that I was able to make an informed decision. I was so delighted with the results. The staff at the hospital were polite and friendly and the whole experience was extremely positive.

I was reassured and guided through my stay every step of the way by professional and kind staff. Everyone was helpful and polite and friendly.

The Joint Pain Programme was well presented and organised, giving me a good feeling of involvement. The specialist trainer was very good in explaining and demonstrating the exercises, also checking to see if you were performing them correctly and offering guidance. The site location was ideal, with ample parking, also close to public transport, and staff very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend the programme and the gym.

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable and everything is always done to help. The consultants and nurses and medical staff are all very calming and also very helpful.
