The Arno unit looks nice and quality is ok, shame they leave unsealed chipboard edges inside though. All the hardware was missing from the box when delivered. Five emails later we at least have wall mounts but no handles and little idea what else should have been included.

Unfortunately, we were not provided with all the necessary information initially, which led to us sending the incorrect fixings, apologies for that.
Once we were made aware of the issue, we promptly sent the correct parts, I hope they were to your satisfaction. Additionally, when it was brought to our attention that the handles were missing, we ensured that they were promptly sent out as well. Regarding the exposed edges, please note that any areas that may appear as chipboard edges have been treated during the manufacturing process to ensure quality and durability. Many thanks. Mark.

3rd time - damaged again, UPS didn't even bother loading it in the van due to amount of damage.
3rd time - damaged again, UPS driver didn't even bother loading it due to the state it will was in, wooden frame broken, its now getting returned back to amazon.
Between amazon and the manufacture, they are not fit to sell this item due to poor packaging/handling, 3 times in a row damaged !
I have given up ordering this, 2 weeks wasted, buying and returning damaged items.
My advise is buy from a company who knows how to package an item correctly.
Simply put, if it was packaged alot better, there would be no issue.

Rubbish products don't buy
Bathroom vanity unit door has split at top after 4 months of use in a well ventilated downstairs toilet. Water is not left on top of door. Only 2 adults in house.

Thank you for the images, we believe this to be down to water ingress.
As this product is manufactured with MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard)
Any water left pooling on the product Or Insufficient Ventilation in your Bathroom will cause the product to soak water in , Expand and blow.
This product is only water resistant and not water proof. and as such we would not be able to offer a replacement , our instructions state
General care,
Spillages and splashes - On no account should any spillages or splashes, even water, be allowed to lie on any surface. All spillages and splashes should be wiped dry, failure to do so may shorten the life expectancy of the product and invalidate any guarantees.
Product not fit for purpose.
5 year guarantee a joke!!
