Experience with Nurole

I’ve had a really positive experience with Nurole.

The consultants are professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the process.

Communication is clear and timely, and the platform itself is easy to use and very transparent.

I also like how well the roles are described; it makes it easy to see whether there’s a good fit.

High quality candidates fielded for key role, The Nurole team kept on top of the timetable, understood the brief and fielded an exceptional list of candidates for our Audit and Risk Committee external membership roles. Enjoyed meeting the shortlisted candidates any of which would have been a great addition to the Committee.

An excellent set of candidates

We used Nurole to help us find a school governor with a specific skill set and experience. They clearly understood what we were looking for and produced an excellent list of highly qualified candidates. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Understood and met our needs

Nurole did for us exactly what we wanted, which was to source candidates that we would not have found by direct means, and also candidates with strong local connections who have moved away but wanted to “give something back” to the community in which they grew up.

Nurole found a strong list of candidates of whom there were a number who were appointable. The team was immensely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

An effective and well managed service.

Nurole conducted the search for two NEDs and in both cases they delivered an extensive long list a high quality short list and ultimately two excellent appointments. It was a seamless process with regular and timely communication and a well orchestrated interview timetable. The team were a pleasure to deal with and made the process very manageable for a busy and dispersed management team.

My experience using Nurole to support Trustee Board appointments

My experience using Nurole to support the appointment of three new Board trustees has been excellent. The quality of candidates was extremely high and the process was smooth and efficient, with good communications all the way through to both myself as Board Chair and the candidates. We had a great shortlist and have now appointed three high calibre trustees to join the team. I found Nurole to be very professional throughout and was given valuable advice when needed to help improve the overall candidate experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Experience and High Calibre Candidates

It was our first time procuring a NED for our company, so we were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. It was very professional and transparent, while offering plenty of support along the way.
The quality of the candidates was superb, and we actually had a very difficult time picking just one.

Non-Exec Director Recruiting

We have used Nurole over several years on multiple assignments, appointing seven Non-Exec Directors in total, which has made a meaningful difference to our organisation.

Their approach allows us to reach a much broader pool of candidates than we would access with traditional search. Excellent value for money too.

Do NOT hire this company for your board search

Hired Nurole for a board search for an advisor role - up front fee and placement fee. Essentially resulted in a pool of very unqualified and low quality candidates, half who didn't seem to understand what an advisory role was. We filled the advisory roles with higher quality talent simply by completed our own LinkedI noutreach
