Stumbled over Nuseryland whilst trawling through the internet looking for the best price for a Joie travel cot. I needed it quickly, but they were not local. After a brief telephone conversation, they arranged for a next day delivery, which arrived in perfect time. Both Eleanor and Lorraine were great in answering all my questions and the cot and extra mattress are superb.

I would without hesitation, recommend them for their professionalism and service, and look forward to future purchases with them when they arise!

Eleanor at nurseryland is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much for her. She goes over and above for her customers. She’s an absolute dream. I’ve purchased a few things from her and each time I’ve experienced the same brilliant customer service. Couldn’t recommend her or nurseryland enough.

For our baby we got bought a "ROCKIT" as a gift.
We Could not recommend it enough. All you have to do is Attach it to the pram or crib and it settles your baby by vibrating the pram. Life saver!!

Excellent service from this company would highly recommend. I ordered the Oyster 3 pushchair and footmuff and they included a cupholder too as a little gift . The pushchair was delivered within two days unfortunately the back wheels were missing but as soon as we contacted them they sent out replacements when these arrived the wrong ones had been sent , they couldn’t apologise enough and told us to keep those and eventually we got the correct ones , the pushchair is excellent and my daughter is thrilled with it

I initially contacted nursery land to find out pram delivery dates.
They were very helpful and with the obvious covid problems without being able to visit the store was reassured that I could could put down a deposit on the pram I liked but could change my mind after physically seeing it and wouldn’t loose my deposit if I choose a different brand etc.
They sent me pictures and answered all my questions, so looking forward to physically seeing my pram they are holding for us.

Absolutely fantastic shop, all staff extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble.
Mamas and papas atlas furniture we purchased was so easy to assemble all labelled and really impressive.
We love our silver cross pioneer pram too. Thank you again would deffo recommend!

Amazing customer service, they cannot do enough for you. Help with installing car seats into the car if needed too.

Absolutely amazing service, Eleanor at Nurseryland is an absolute credit to the business, nothing was too much trouble even changing last minute the collection to delivery. She made something that seemed so daunting and stressful so easy. We were able to pay a deposit to secure our travel system and pay off the balance. Love our Egg travel system and already planning what we need next!

Absolutely amazing team even during the current situation I ordered my baby’s bedroom furniture and it was so easy to get intouch and talk about our order even when there were problems with our furniture delivery the staff were amazing and did everything in their power to help would definitely recommend

I picked my pram up today silvercross pioneer eclipse and Nuna leaf chair for my little girl who is due this month, amazing experience from first ordering at 20 weeks pregnant to them storing it right until I’m about to pop! Couldn’t rate this place highly enough! You will not be disappointed if you shop here, excellent choice on all major makes/models of prams, car seats, nursery furniture and accessories. Even the things they don’t stock they are happy to get for you, at amazing prices and deals. Eleanor couldn’t have been more helpful, jolly and funny we had such an amazing day choosing all of our baby stuff and just as much fun collecting! I have been and bought my pushchair and car seat, the service I received was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

After being let down by another shop, I called nurseryland to discuss purchasing from them. The communication was great and all the staff are very polite and friendly. I collected my pram after 4 days of ordering over the phone and I’m very happy with everything.

Amazing customer service the staff are so friendly. And they have being amazing during the lockdown when I pre ordered my pram just before. And if I had any questions they always responded back to reassure me so I definitely recommend.

Nurseryland have been amazing! I was clueless when choosing my travel system but they were so helpful and friendly, gave me lots of information about all different systems making sure I could choose the right one! After choosing the travel system they did a personalised package for me! I would definitely recommend! 😊

Eleanor and the team were amazing from the get go. Offered endless amounts of advice from furniture to prams to carriers. We honestly don’t feel they could have done enough for new parents to be. We were offered upgrades and deals that were really catered to us. Our first stop would always be Nursery Land.
