I ordered a pushchair and paid the £3 delivery charge for 1-2 day dleivery service. A pushchair arrived within this timescale on the Weds, but it was not the correct one, alhough labelled with my name on it. The invoice inside was to someone else. I eventually found the phone number on the webpage after much searching and rang Nursery Value up - they checked it out and it turns out that I had received the travel system for another customer (the one named on the invoice) and she had received mine. Nursery value did apologise and arranged for both products to be collected the next day (Thursday) and redelivered the day after (Friday). The product I had was collected as promised the following day and the day after my partner stayed in all day for the correct pushchair to be delivered. Nothing arrived, and no communication at all from Nursery Value. As I had heard nothing at all, on the Monday, I contacted NV via the web chat to complain about lack of delivery and communication, also asking for my delivery charge to be reimbursed as delivery had not happened in 1-2 days. I got an apology and was told my pushchair had been collected on Friday afternoon and should be delivered that afternoon, but i would get a text to confirm this. The worker also promised to discuss the delivery reimbursment with the manager - I asked she text or email with a response. Monday afternoon i stayed in and again nothing, and no communication. On the Tuesday, same again. Eventually on the Wednesday, my pushchair was delivered. No text to confirm delivery, and no text or email about the reimbursement. Such extremely poor customer service - it seems once they get your money, thats it, and I've still heard nothing about my request for a reimbursement of postage costs. would not buy from them again.

Ordered a reworked 'a' grade zia evolve and when it arrived it was in immaculate condition. Was in original box and hadn't even been opened! Even found 2 discount codes online so had an extra £11.50 dicount ontop of the cheap price. I used the tracker system and the pram was delivered 2 days after purchase, as described online. Very happy with the pram and the service and will be using it again and definatly telling others about it.

I don't drive and use a lot if public transport so I've always used the umbrella fold type buggy with my girls as they are small and light but my daughter (very nearly 2) leans so far forward to drag her feet on the ground she has snapped the calf rest 3 times on two different buggies. So I decided that I had to get a different style that would stop this from happening. The zia4x does this perfectly. (I looked at the ziax first but decided on the 4x because of the stability issue. It's perfectly stable and I think my child would definitely prove otherwise if possible.) It's higher off the ground and has a proper fully covered foot rest. Also the bar across the front stops her leaning forward but I like the fact you can remove it if you want. The only niggle I would have is that the straps have a rather convenient press pad style system which at first i thought rather handy but... i have just noticed that my daughter if starting to work this one out and this may start to become an issue - when it comes to escaping my daughter would give Houdini a run for his money... It does fold small though this is not really a concern for me. Also since having it I have realised how uncomfortable my old buggies were - for both child and me. The seat is a really nice size and back support is good and it is much more comfortable to sleep in because of the suspension. And for me to push it is great! Because of the wheel design turning round in small spaces is so easy it's a dream to push - hubby agrees. At first it felt a bit front heavy and bouncy because of the suspension but that's only because I'm not used to this type of pushchair but now I love it. I will say for the public transport users that it is bigger than the little buggies but only slightly and all the other benefits outway this immensely. It is easy to fold and to recline, the break is really easy to use - i much prefer it to the crossbar style break and considering I rely heavily on my pushchair for shopping etc. I don't think the basket is that small - I was expecting worse. Although I don't put raincover in and I guess if you did there would not be much room. It has this cute little pocket on the basket where I keep hand wipes for easy grabbing! The hood is really big and good shade cover with a handy clear section to see child and the raincover is an all over one which is what I like and there is this little window in it which seems to make my daughter not moan and try to take it off when I put it over. Also I read all the reviews and I was slightly worried that the handles would be uncomfortably high as lots of tall people liked it. I'm only 5ft 2 and I find it fine. I also use a buggy board and it fits on the chassis perfectly and doesn't stick out uncomfortably and the adjusted handles come in handy with this. All in all I can't believe that I had my old pushchair style so long - this was a well overdue upgrade and I couldn't have made a better choice. The price is also totally reasonable. Sorry to go on so much but I was quite worried about buying online without seeing before hand and wanted to give as much info for others! Also great delivery and service!

I ordered a jet black seat unit for my Zia and the Starburst seat unit was sent by mistake. Once I realised I emailed nurseyvalue and the apologised for the mistake and sent me the right seat unit out and I had it delivered a couple of days later. Very very happy with the service and have already recommended them to friends, I will be using the site again soon, thanks.

The njoy bubble is brill I have a 5 week old baby and didn't want to take my icandy but wanted my baby facings me and to be comfortable and guess what got it also supports him so well so one HAPPY customer thank u

I had been looking for a parent facing pushchair which was lIghtweight and had seen the new petite star bubble but thought that it was out of my price range. Then I found nursery value, I ordered a gade A reworked bubble fore 2/3rds of the retail price and it is perfect. It came in original packaging, wheels had never been used and tags were still attached. Perfect thank you! I will be recommending this site to anyone who asks!
