Scammed by NusaMedical.com – Lost Thousands

i’m writing this because I don’t want another clinic owner, doctor, or aesthetic professional to go through what I just experienced.

I recently opened an aesthetic clinic here in Carolina, investing my savings into building a practice I was proud of. When I found the Alma Soprano XLi SHR Diode Laser listed on NusaMedical.com, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to equip my clinic with a high-quality device at a reasonable price.

I trusted the site. The communication in the beginning was quick and professional. The invoice looked legitimate. They assured me fast delivery once the payment cleared.

But as soon as they received the money — everything changed.

No shipment.

No tracking details.

No response to repeated emails and phone calls.

Weeks have passed, and I’m left with nothing but a huge financial loss and the bitter realization that NusaMedical.com scammed me.

As a medical professional, I feel angry and betrayed. We open clinics to help patients, to bring better care and treatments to our communities — and companies like this prey on that trust.

I’m sharing my story to warn others:

Do NOT trust NusaMedical.com with your money.

Always verify supplier credentials, licenses, and reviews.

Use secure payment methods that protect you from fraud.

If this post stops even one clinic owner or doctor from losing their hard-earned money, then at least some good can come from my loss.
