Mix feeling....
I agree that NutriGold products are of good quality. However, their service is just HORRIBLE. It takes forever to receive an order, I have one that has been outstanding for 3 MONTH now. One order was not in stock and I was told that this was because they were no happy with the quality of the stock (by the way this seems to be a normal excuse given) and in every status I was told it should be ready by the end of the month. This went on for 3 months, finally decided to cancel that item. The refund for the cancel amount was prompt - thank you and I was told that the remaining items in the order is on its way; but a day later of receiving that notification, I was told one of the items is not in stock...... I eventually decided to cancel the order as a whole. I was able to find similar suppliment via iHerb. All through this issue, the response to my query has been in a timely manner and the person was professional.
If NutriGold produce their own product they need to work on their quality problem as it seem this is their BIGGEST issue.
