I made an order in late October last year and just received my package today (January 13th), which I just find unacceptable. I neither got an email or anything from them to let me know when I should expect the delivery, nor to explain why it was so late. I will definitely never order from them again and certainly not recommend them. Even though I did end up getting the package I am not fully convinced that this is not a scam, and I just don´t think it´s trustworthy.

Last month, I brought 2x iron tablets from NutriSun which also qualified for free delivery (on orders over £10.00). The following week, I received a delivery card from Royal Mail stating 'not enough postage' on the package - so I had to pay £1.50 to receive my order - NutriSun hadn't paid! Finally, when the delivery did arrive, it turns out they only sent 1x iron tablet instead of 2.

I wrote several emails, and also called them several times over the next few weeks, even letting the phone ring for half an hour on one occasion. No response, no callback, nothing. I've received absolutely no response whatsoever.

Shocking. This is theft!!

Although the website takes a little bit of getting around, it's worth it. This is the best kept secret for getting supplements and other health items. And the deliveries are always very prompt (except when they are out of stock on something). They always send a 15 % voucher off Solgar too. Recommend highly.

Have used this company several times. Excellent service and range of products at discount prices. Recommended and I will continue to use this company for my food supplements.
