I ordered 4 syntol amd from this store and after 3 days when didn't hear from them i contacted them. They told me that my order will be shipped in next 24 business hours. Then i searched for this store review on google and found some very bad review. I was worried about by money. But at the same day i got tracking number of my order and its delivered after 2 days. Customer support gave prompt response which convince me not to cancel my order. I am satisfied :) Thanx nutrovita

It is good online health and beauty shopping site. I have been connecting with nutrovita for a year. On time delivery and responding attitude made this site so superior.

Last year It happened to me to place my order at nutrovita.com. It was just a bit late in order to hand over the products to me, but in January 2012, they are now quite efficient and very responsible than last time, so in my eyes nutrovita.com is too good!!

Wide range of products with excellent prices and display but lack of product information, easy to use and customer service is also OK. Got order in 6 days. Performance is satisfactory. No complaints :)

I was wondering to buy neprinol afd from this web store. Before placing order i saw negative reviews. But the price they were offering was the lowest and i placed a small order to see its a scam or not. But i got surprised when got prompt response from the customer representative and got my product in 1 week without any hurdle. Now i am placing another order on it. I am an old customer of nutrovita.com. Few months back i ordered my regular joint pain product in bulk quantity and they deliver it very late and customer support was also not responding those days. Few days back i got a promotional email from them and i ordered my regular joint pain supplement and they shipped it before the time mentioned on the website. I emailed them to thanks and ask them what happened in the past. They described it briefly that due to a major technical problem their system got messed up and they have recovered it now and they also improved their services. I trust this company. They never cheat me. I also referred this company to my few friends too. They are also very satisfied with this company. Thank you NutroVita.

I was curious to get my order on time, and i was surprise when i received it before the expected time. price of the products are also lowest compared to other online stores obiously thats the main reason why i love that store

This company is TERRIFIC!!!. I borrow from here several times and my order arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Mostly I get my order in just 2 days. Its Fast Shipping and good customer support service don't let me go to shop from anyother website on internet !

I placed a $100.00 order...never got a confirmation email. I was charged for the product but never received it. Their phone number is d/c. They do not reply to emails.

I received the wrong goods and they won't credit me. I've been waiting a month. They don't answer the phone and don't seem to know what's going on in their own office!
