This is a great company that always delivers delicious, fresh, unique products at competitive prices in a timely fashion.

This company has great products at reasonable prices. Shipping is free if you order more than a certain dollar amount, which you are made aware of in their promotions. The items you order arrive quickly, and a lot of care is taken when they are packed.

I noticed that although I'm paying the same price, I'm now getting less product. What I purchased for a pound in 2025 is now less but I'm still paying the same price. Very disappointed!!

Nuts.com products are as stated in their description. If there ever was a problem Nuts.com customer care team is on top of the issue to ensure that customers are always satisfied. Which makes Nuts.com and excellent company to order from.

Love Nuts.com products otherwise I would not continue to order from them. I'm in So. Cal so the weather can get hot and a heat resistant pack is usually included to help with my chocolate (yum) products. Only wish there were more Brazil Nuts in their Supreme Mixed Nuts only because they are one of my favs.

The nuts are great, customer service is terrible. We placed an order and received an email on 1/19 that the order had shipped via Amazon (yuck) the order never shipped. 1/27 I chatted with support. No apology until I questioned it, they notified me of a package size change and wanted to know if I wanted it “re-shipped” they then lied and said the first order was lost in transit, when that was obviously nonsense. Common sense says they ran out of the original size and then did nothing. Tracking showed label created and that’s it. How about you wait until it’s picked up to claim it’s shipped? I was going to give 1 star but gave 2 because the nuts are so good

I have been buying from Nuts.com for a long time and I am very impressed with how they provide customer service. Their delivery is always spot on and if there are any concerns they take care of it right away. The quality is always great.

Low quality nuts...even lower than 5 below. This is specially unacceptable with the premium price you pay.

Their refund & return policy is very bad.

Product is exceptional but they use Door dash to make their deliveries and they are undoubtedly the WORST delivery provider possible. Will no longer order from NUTS com

I've been a customer for quite some time. It very easy to buy when you click on past purchases. This review replaces all my previous 5's anywhere. My old orders were always substantial. This time, I can only find 3 to buy. All the rest were discontinued. Those products were what built that place. It's a shame the new young regime seems to have forgotten that. Don't get me wrong. The 3 I can still buy are bargains both healthy and priced very fair. I'd stock up but they're perishable.

Nuts.com isn’t a good value. Candy isn’t very good, and high priced. Bought sundae falvored malted milk balls that didn’t taste like anything, red licorice strings that are greasy and fake tasting, coconut nougat that is okay and didn’t bother to open the 4th bag. Didn’t get a first time discount or free shipping and paid over $50 for small amount. Don’t waste your money.
