Very much dissatisfied with service. I still have claim from February pending with them.
It started with house insurance and then they changed to ejerskift in march and it is still pending.

It is a shame that they are taking almost half of estimated price for the fix as self risk amount and still they are taking lot of time in approvals. What a slowness is this.
This is what we are living in digital world where they take so much time in only verification of papers :(

Terrible service
Probably the slowest and worst service i've ever gotten.
Keeps pretending to be doing something but only continues with my case when i call them or send a couple of e-mails.

Not impressed
It's not nice to not having only one of the two toilets in the house working because of a blocked sewer pipe. They were very slow to get back to both us and the entrepreneur. And only part of the work was covered by the house insurance policy - not the calcium deposits that were blocking the toilet - plus, there's a deductible of 4100 kr. Then we were finally sent a bill that we challenged. They admitted that they had made a mistake and had overcharged us by 5-6000 kr.
So, I'm not impressed.

I understand from your inquiry that this has been necessary to do without one of your 2 toilets.
Of course this can be expected with your type of damage, but of course there’s no reason to do without the toilet longer than necessary.
About your own risk of DKK 4.100 kr. it is something that you have accepted yourself by signing your insurance and are stated on your insurance policy.
Your Own Risk will always be a own payment in connection with an injury.
I do not know the specific case, but would like to review the case with you if you wish.
