Honest review, I had no problem with withdrawing money but I'm telling you now the games hardly every pay out compared to other non EU regulation sites, seriously if a game usually hits bonus once per 200 spins it will be once per 2500 spins on this site. To add to that some games don't have the extra boosters that they have on other sites. I've spent about 2k in the last 2 months on this site, that's definitely long enough to test how regular the games land the bonus trust me this site you will hardly ever get a bonus and when you do it will be a tiny payout such as £2 from 20p sin bonus £6 from 40p bonus.. I think the biggest bonus I hit was £42 from £1 spins that probably cost me £260 to land on it..
Yes as mentioned they send you 10 free spins on some games regularly but those spins are only gonna get you like 14p if your lucky. I'd try another site if I was you

Joined this site a couple of weeks ago not really reading the reviews just looking mainly at the bonuses and games ...site is very easy to manoeuvre around and I had no difficulties finding what I wanted or accessing the bonus ..they continue to send free spins which is great as it gives you an invite into games you probably wouldn't try ..after a couple of weeks I won a bit of money and followed everything to withdraw usually fund's are in your account within a few minutes, after not receiving fund's after a couple of hours I decided to read some reviews and after reading all the negative comments about withdrawals i thought 'oh no ' what have I done ..I left it 24 hours and contacted them , I received an email within 24 hours stating the withdrawal was pending and to allow 72 hours , after another couple of hours all fund's were in my account ..panic over ..if your prepared to wait a few days for your funds and love bonuses along with the easibility of a site with plenty of games then despite the negative reviews as everyone is entitled to their opinions this is definitely the site for you ..despite the wait for withdrawal I really cannot find any fault with this site

Well I wish I seen these reviews, went on this site as it was in the top 10 casinos in the uk. I have been waiting 2 days for my £200 withdrawal, can’t contact anyone. Please don’t waste your money on this site

Poor poor poor, more than happy to take money off you but not so happy to pay out asking for address verification which I understand but when you send it it's rejected even though it's a legal proof of address.

The poor reviews are correct!! Biggest scam on this site is the withdrawal times. I cannot believe in these time a withdrawal takes so long. Been waiting 2 and a half days now.. surely it would take someone 2 minutes to click approve! The help I’m sure is some kind bot that repeats the same script there’s no drive there to help customer resolve issues. I’ve emailed support and raised a complaint and still no reply. I will wait until the 72 hours is over to see the next obstacle . Once I receive my payment I agree it will be an instant account closure! If you’re happy to wait 3 days for payout then that’s fine . But if my deposits are instants so should payout or at least take no more than 12 hours!!
Update - I did eventually get my £2400 payout after 5 days and I closed my account immediately after. I won’t be going through that stress again!

Please pay attention to the reviews. I am very sorry I did not see them before I played on this site. They owe me £250 and show no signs of handing it over. This is completely contrary to normal, proper practice. I will be reporting them once they sort this out. If in fact they ever do.

Thought the bad reviews were from a bunch of low beats not being able to accept they've lost but turns out they're more real than the fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely awful casino. It's been longer than their advertised up to 72 hours timeframe. They clearly don't work weekends either. I only signed up because a website said "instant withdrawals". Never waited this long on any other site. The minute this withdrawal is approved and hits my account it's an immediate account closure. How weird too that theres no live chat. If you have a pending withdrawal and you go to click on the help section it just comes up with "payment processing" and a broken link to your pending withdrawals page. This seems to be commonly reported. What sort of legitimate operation would not have a customer service or live chat option to at least question or inquire. So fishy. I can also confirm that the support team do not reply to emails. Absolutely regret signing up to this casino. Just wanted a quick win and a quick payout and it's been everything but. Fully expecting them now to start making me jump through hoops to even get my withdrawal. It will be a long drawn out verification process as others have stated. This isn't even a review from someone who's lost and is bitter. I have one but somehow feel like I have lost.

Been waiting 2 days for a withdrawal, keep telling me to wait upto 72 hours.... then after the 2 days of waiting ask me to verify, go to verify and on my account it says I'm all caught up and verified! So can't even upload any documents, clearly trying anything to keep my withdrawal, never known anything like this.
