Recent experience at Westfield store
I came into the O2 store in Westfield to resolve an ongoing fraud issue on my account. I met with customer service advisor Pablo, who was very patient and understanding. He gave ample time in listening and assisting me on the complexities of my case. Furthermore, he spent time in activating my online account which I previously have had issues with. It is reassuring to be met by someone who is dedicated to supporting you with professional curtesy and care.
