Vaish at O2 was absolutely amazing and helped us so much with an issue we were having with our phone bill. She took the time to explain everything clearly, talked us through what was happening, and made sure we fully understood the situation instead of rushing us. At one point she was on the phone to customers service for at least 2 hours- without a break.
She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole experience. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, and we really appreciated how supportive and understanding she was.
Thank you, Vaish, for going above and beyond you turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience!

Serena was very helpful, trying to sort out mobile connection problem. Logged it and sorted it. Unfortunately the problem recurred so think another visit due.
Purchased Doro Mobile March 2025 from 02. May 2026 called at Nottingham shop as old text messages would not clear, staff could not clear them either .They sent off to 02 for repair. Yesterday 2nd June 2026 I returned to shop as they e mailed to say would not repair without a receipt. This was not a contract but a Pay as You Go phone. Staff in shop puzzled as all paperwork in order including copy of receipt. Nottingham shop manager was 'on a train 'so nothing could be done. Call from shop today manager needs to escalate to his manager. In house politics is no help to me I am retired they have my money £125 and I am phoneless whilst they all fall out.

it is absolutely ridiculous that the company like O2 cannot fix a problem like this is months and months and months and it’s exactly the same.
