Do not buy from this company. This company has fake reviews. If you go on Google you will see that not one customer is happy with their purchase. The lamp I purchased is smaller than a normal Kleenex box. The company will not send me a return label ever after they the measurements aren’t as advertised online. They will give you the run around and this piece of junk cost me $60 Canadian dollars. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

HORRIBLE THIEVES. I just read the reviews and everyone is saying what I experience. I bought 3 pairs of sneakers on November 3rd, and it’s now January And still no product. No response. You can’t find them. This company needs to be reported and stopped before it takes everyone money. CAN Someone help. I don’t have money to give away. I am going to report them and put them over the media so no one else lose money from these heartless criminals.

Hello I order 3 pair of sneakers on November 2 n I still haven't received my package I emails them I they tell me the same thing I hope this oakashoes is not a fake company I ask them to refund my money n there still haven't got back to me yet

The company is a scam and will take your money. I made an order and never received the products but I did receive false promises via email that my products were on their way. If you ask for a refund, you will not get that either. This company should not be able to advertise anywhere. BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Update Dec.13th: After months of waiting, I received one pair of shoes I ordered. They were supposed to be red and came in orange probably sitting in the sun waiting for delivery. I guess OAKASHOES said "Let just give her anything!" Lesson learned....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst place ever!!!!! I’ve never received my order and whoever is doing the emails and keep giving me the run around!!!! Would never order anything again from this place!!!! I will be calling the better business bureau in the am about this unprofessional so called business!!!!!! This is scam company !!! i ordered a baby sleeper with name on it and never recieved it! it is now 2 months later still nothing, the person answering emails always says they are in process of making it , the last email they said its been shipped to track in few days never gave traking number, i emailed again they said they was gonna check on it. this is a scammmmmmmmmm !!!!!!!

Paid for safety shoes. Took 4 months to arrive, too late so I sent them back for a refund. They received & lost the shoes & refuse to do anything or refund me. Disgraceful service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I never got my shoes and the butt hole who keeps answering my email wants to act like I dont check my mailbox and it pisses me off. They will not even give me my money back. Today is the last time I will try and then I'm going to my bank and mark them as fraud. What a crap company!

Chinese pieces of deification. The people and the shoe. This is a scam. They won’t refund you and they won’t pay for shipping. If you do talk to their support team they’re obviously using google translate because their sentences are broken. I sent the item back to the location on their site only to be told by their return team that I sent it to the wrong place and it was supposed to be shipped back to China.

Watch out for OAK BAY SHOES! They never filled my order, and though I can prove the order with a screen capture, they say that I’m over “my 30 days guarantee period.” I said, “How can I be over my 30 days if I never got my order?” “Too bad, you are over the 30 days” and they have kept my money and won't send me shoes. Oak Bay Shoes will screw you too!! You’ve been warned.

Never order from this company. Still haven't received my boots. Customer service sucks. Bogus tracking number. Been over 2 months since I ordered them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. THEY SUCK!!!

purchased product over 3 weeks ago, not received to date. called shipper and they provided bogus usps tracking number. transaction currently being disputed through my bank.. no product received to return for refund, online support is terrible. i would give 0 stars

Bought a pair and they arrived 1.5 months after their estimated delivery date because, as they claim, they got stuck in customs as they were coming from China. Feels like and looks like a scam when I've been trying to return them. First of, there's no customer call number on the website (no surprise since they're in China), so you can only email them. As I sent a return request, they first offered $5 or $7 back depending who was responding and said I keep them. When I keep saying no, I don't want them and want to return them, I have to pay $50 just to return them. If that's not a scam, I don't know what is.

I bought a pair of these and the soles started wearing out within a few months and the shoelaces broke within 6 months. Also, stitching came undone. They weren’t willing to warranty anything outside of 30 days. They wanted me to purchase a new pair for prices available online and they wound send me laces for the old pair. Not very happy at all with the quality or service

Send a wrong size then won’t let you chnge it with the correct size eventhough you trying to be nice for the inconvenience they did. Very poor customer service. 100% will not recommend this store. Not worth it. Waste of time and money. Not a good quality for the price. I better get a branded one on that money.
