Very good service and a beautiful book shelf

Went on line looking for Oak corner TV Unit never heard of Oakea before but found just what I wanted and I could pay on delivery. Which is good as you never know these days! Got a phone call few days later saying arrival date it arrived on time paid by card at the door. The Unit is perfect, looks good goes with my other oak furniture. Will certainly buy from Oakea again. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the table and chairs. Communications were excellent as was the delivery. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is that I found the unpacking of the leaves within the table rather difficult - and I'm DIY savvy.

Beautiful well constructed solid oak furniture at reasonable prices and a great service.

We ordered 2 cupboards from Oakea hoping that they would be fine and relying a bit, I suppose, from other peoples reviews and also the fact that if we were not satisfied we could send them back. We need not have worried as to start with we were kept informed when these would be delivered and the time in a 2 hr slot. The delivery man was very pleasant and despite being on his own did not want any help getting the heavy cupboards into place. It was a very good experience. It took quite a while to unpack each of them as they were so well protected and wrapped and are now all filled and looking lovely in our dining room and certainly well worth the money. Thank you so much.

Rang to order my furniture was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery , not a problem then 1 hour later got a call to say that they could deliver within 2 days. Very pleased with what I purchased exactly as was shown on line. Would use them again.

Cannot fault anything about Oakea.

I cancelled at the 13 day point when I had not received either a phone call to arrange delivery or an explanation of when it was likely to turn up.
I was also told that the delay in my delivery was down to "logistics" when I cancelled. I don't live the back of beyond - I'm 30 miles from London. I had a very large email stating why they did not deliver. It's a pity they did not use a courier!

In the end I ordered my furniture from a rival company. Ordered late in the evening and it turned up the next day. Plus it was £20.00 cheaper. Many of these companies seem to be using the same generic photos and very, very similar descriptions. (Exactly the same measurements)
I had a good result elsewhere. I felt nothing but frustration with OAKEA.

Had a few reservations about ordering without seeing the furniture first but needn't have worried. We received a phone call to arrange delivery as promised and a further call from the driver on the day. We are delighted with our corner unit and the service from Oakea and have just placed a second order.

The furniture I ordered was delivered on time and the driver phoned me to let me know when he'd be arriving. He was very efficient and polite. He handled the boxes carefully and placed them where I needed them.
This was the first time in my 66 years that I've been able to afford good furniture and I am not disappointed. It is truly wonderful and I love it. Well done to all at Oakea - keep up the good work

Ordered oak table , delivered as promised . Table was cheapest out there and is of excellent quality!

First class service and product!! Have already ordered another piece to go with the one already purchased. Very happy all round. Make you feel like you are the only customer that matters!!!! (along with the rest of them of course!!)

The product arrived as promised. There was a small amount of assembly putting on the legs, but the product is good quality and exactly what we were looking for.
The company were efficient and delivered on time.

The furniture is excellent, delivery was good. The website says minimal self assembly required for the wardrobe. This is misleading. It comes flat packed and you have to bolt it all together.
