We found the whole experience excellent, we were kept up to date the whole way through and although we are hard to find the delivery people rang us for directions and soon found us. We are very pleased with the furniture and will definitely order more in the future.

2nd time I've used Oakland Furniture this year and there performance the 2nd time was even better than the first. I wasn't able to be home, to take the delivery at the scheduled time. The driver kindly agreed to bring the goods late in the evening and he was good for his promise. As before we continually kept informed of the progress of our order and the goods arrived safely and very well packed. I can't fault this company. A First rate service and we're delighted with the products.

The 2 delivery people - Andy K and Andy D - kept me updated on their progress from Spain to France. They set up all the furniture - living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms - in a single day, and removed all packaging.

And the furniture looks really good!

Very happy with the king-sized bevel bed quality. The only issue was my French king-sized mattress at 160cm wide is a bit big (standard English king-sized mattresses it turns out are 152cm which would be a perfect fit). Fortunately with some squeezing I was able to fit it in. I should have thought about that when I saw the external width at 165 cm but, as a piece of advice to Oakland, it would be good to see the internal width measurement in the website. Andy and Andy, the two delivery guys were very friendly, punctual and put the bed together nicely.

lovely well made furniture at a great price. Very handy having it delivered directly to France. The Spanish office and then Tony and Andy, the delivery guys were great, keeping me informed of the delivery schedule right up to the last hour and they managed to find my house which is a remarkable achievement - most deliveries get lost on the way. They were very helpful and friendly and were a credit to your company.

We have ordered two single and king size beds to be delivered to France. All the process from the beginning to the end was an absolute pleasure. The quality of the beds is amazing, communication from all the team was very good and all was delivered on time. Special thanks for the delivery's guys Tony and Andy. We were sent messages with the date and time of the delivery, update on their way and they was here right on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am most impressed with the quality of your goods and services. The two Andy's delivered my table exactly when they said they would and were both very courteous. The table itself was just what I wanted and I love it's minimalist lines. It is also extremely good quality at a fair price.

Top class old fashioned customer service from start to finish - well done to the Spanish division of Oakland Furniture. Easy website, immediate response to orders, I had a personal e mail from the manager within seconds. Top quality furniture delivered, free of charge - I was advised of progress all the way through with a.t.a. given - in fact the drivers arrived earlier for me, were polite and helpful (mick and Tony)and delivered to my home, their substantial van managing my track to house with ease. Special mention to Steve Day, Samantha Darcy - other companies could learn from the management of this company and the quality of the furniture is superb. WELL DONE!!!!
