I created a corporate account with Oanda. To open a corporate account, you have to contact Oanda representatives directly. The application process was a bit unclear at first, but after getting in touch with Oanda, everything went smoothly.

I would also like to specifically mention that Nikita has been very helpful, both during and after the account registration process.

I opened a live acount 2 weeks ago, and the process was smooth, and the support was actualy pretty nice. As I expected it to work so far.

Worst broker that I ever experienced, I mean my money till this day from May wasnt refunded and they just keep scaming other people. Be careful out there.

I created an account last week and i am very satisfied with the onboarding process. Their customer service is very easy to contact compare to other US brokers i had before. I am located in Denmark. The Oanda app is also very easy to use and charting tool is just like Trading view. I highly recommend oanda for beginners.

Worst broker ever!
I opened an account a week ago on Oanda EU. I finished the wuese, I uploaded the documents and the app told me that the account is ready and that I can deposit. So, I deposited some money, but I couldn't use the service. The next day I received an email stating that my documents shouldn't be cropped, so I downloaded them again. The next I received another email stating that I should see the whole document on the pictures and pdf shouldn't be screenshot or cropped,even though the pdf documents were original. I uploaded them again. Since then, no emails, no answers and when I tried to login from the app, it says account disabled.

So I opened the account, they say that my account is created and ready to deposit, I deposit but they disable the account and don't refund the money.

They're simply, the worst ever forex broker.

Terrible experience with OANDA client service. I can’t access my verified account, and support keeps claiming my email “isn’t linked to any account” — even though they send weekly emails to this exact address. I contacted their official OTMS support and got zero response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a financial company. I would not trust them with my money again.

The platform and mobile application are of a very high level, intuitive and suitable for use by traders of different levels. I like that it offers integration with TradingView. Also I received a very professional attitude during my registration and professional support by the team. Highly recommend

It was an easy question about an withdrawal i did one year ago. They found the information very fast even though my account was canceled due to inactivity.

They closed gold market 1 hour earlier then it should’ve been with no notice, 21.58 Swedish time when they use to close 22.59, I couldn’t close my trade which made me not be able to close my trade on a Friday which made me lose 30% of my whole account when market opened. All other instruments were still open on the market. I trusted Oanda that’s why I chose them but that they closed only gold marked with no notice I’m so upset and disappointed. I was in a profit no other broker did close the gold market 1 hour earlier that Oanda did. Basicly if I was trading with another broker i would been in a profit and not 30% lose on my account I’m devastated

For reason their support cannot explain, API access is not supported in Europe.

That means you can forget about making integrations to OANDA work in Europe.

I had rookie questions but customer support was on the phone very quickly and resolved my issue instantaneously.

A fine broker, but has very discret fees. For example when withdrawing money, they take a cut, and don't openly tell you.
