It's hard to get customer support to correct incorrect information on the webpage. I called the customer support listed in the email, but somebody else responded but no idea about the issue. I asked him to leave a note and call me. Nobody called, but asked the same question via email.

I had a quick and easy experience using them to set up my insurance. When there was a payment issue a few days later they called me and helped me fix it right away so there wouldn’t be a gap in my coverage.
