Comportamento inqualificabile

Ho prenotato, in prevendita una pubblicazione il 17 novembre 2025 : le spedizioni di questo articolo erano previste a partire dal 1 dicembre ma dopo più di 3 settimane non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Impossibile contattarli perché non esiste un recapito telefonico, hanno 2 caselle di posta elettronica, di cui una indicata sul sito (ma non rispondono) e una che, non venendo svuotata perché evidentemente non leggono le mail, scarta tutte quelle in arrivo : modifico quindi la mia recensione in negativa ed ho avviato tramite Paypal richiesta di rimborso.
