So I seem to only come to TrustPilot…
So I seem to only come to TrustPilot when the website only has internally controlled reviews.. It's not different with the case from Obnoxious Golf.
I posted a review of my experience there and it has yet to be seen in 2 weeks... So I will post it here as well...
As of right now 5/1/25, my order is 72 hours late according to this company’s shipping policy which is 24 hours. It hasn’t even left their facility. They are in violation to their own terms.
I contacted support and they took a day to respond saying they would look into it and get back to me with in 48 hours.
WHAT…. Is there no sense of urgency at this place…
Meanwhile an order I placed and PAID for sits in the abyss while my money sits in their bank collecting interest or providing an interest free loan…. And all they can tell me is they’ll look into it and get back to me within 48 hours.
Yeah, will absolutely, never purchase again.
Update a day later: We are onto 96 hours late to even leave the company. Would have been nice to wear a new shirt the last 2 times I golfed. Didn’t have it by the 3rd golf day.
Well after 96 hours my package was finally shipped. And all I got was a dumb apology. Let’s hope I don’t have to update this when I receive them.
Also, while waiting for them to stop playing bank with my money, I looked into their website with a fine tooth comb.. I'd read their "Club OG" very carefully! They try to reel you in with getting $50 store credit that doesn't expire! But when you go look into the FAQs for club OG, they in fact do expire in 90 days...
