HVAC Replacement

I replaced my 17 yr. old HVAC system because of age.
I received numerous estimates and chose O'Briens out of the lot. They presented a precise, clear, product line that met my needs, explained everything and answered all of my questions leaving me with no doubt in regards to my purchase, which was a TRANE HVAC and air carrier. They pre-inspected the job needed, and their installation crew showed up on time, and by early afternoon had removed the old unit and replaced the new. The employees were professional, courteous, and very knowledgable, and even wore shoe covering "socks" upon entering my home. They explained how to use the new "smart thermostat" and left the work area completely clean. I can say I was totally impressed with the entire transaction and installation process. This company is very competent and you will receive everything that was promised and then some. I highly recommend O'Brien Service Company to anyone needing heating and air repairs and / or replacement.
They are absolutely the best. Thank-you O'Briens again.
