The dress didn’t fit. I had ordered 2x and thought it was an American company and American sizing. The dress came size 2X and was too small. When I contacted them they said a 2X was ordered and a 2X was shipped. They didn’t make an effort to make it right or return my money

Horrible experience. Orders gift for Christmas and it’s Feb 12 and still no product. Last up date was from Oklahoma on January 1. Horrible customer service I will not refund my money.

I also ordered the solar cab lights, what a joke, would not burn steady just keep flashing ! Took over a month to receive, going back and forth and they want to send me $11 ! Absolute junk , did everything they asked, sent video of problem and they won't replace the product.

Ordered lights for my truck, spent 52 dollars. Took over a month to get here and when it did they didn’t work and went back and forth with the company for a week about fixing it. They finally tried refunding me 5 dollars to “fix” the problem. This company sucks.

This is a Scam guys. I payed 40 US Dollars, for a lighter and is broken, and they are trying to scam me giving back just 3 Dollars. I already reported to the authorities that catch all the cybercrime. Just did it. They will pay the things they are doing to people.

Worked out great. Good price too.

Jacket did not fit so they offered a refund of $5 (the jacket cost much more). Beware there is no return policy! So would not order any garments that rely on size!

I bought a Fuzebug mosquito bug zapper through observationk. It was swish advertising with big promises, but you get sent a generic bug zapper which is available from numerous outlets. Customer service is a pre-set chatbot which offers a $2 refund and tells you return shipping is expensive and you may not even get a refund even if you return it. Don't waste your money on these.
