We had two 'escapes of water.' Yes, two - at the same time, more or less. One was sudden from a header tank and the other went undetected when a pipe join came adrift, flush to a wall and just above a skirting board. Ocaso recognised the urgency and the photographs explaining the resultant damage. With no quibble and at what was a very stressful time Ocaso covered the claim. What a help it was to have understanding claims technicians conducting a prompt and efficient service.

Excellent Claims Service
As a broker and using Ocaso for our clients I had a wonderful experience on a claim. Ocaso responded quickly in setting up the claim and appointing a loss adjuster (within a couple of hours). Excellent service and would definitely recommend Ocaso based on this experience.

It is usually a traumatic experience which leads us to having to claim under our policies.
