I ordered from occhialando after seeing all the good reviews, I thought I would have a good experience with them. However it has been quite the opposite. I ordered 3 replacement straps for snow goggles beginning of December, I then received an email shortly afterwards stating that they did not currently have them in stock in the factory and that it would take 10 days to have them restocked and shipped out to me. I replied to this email stating I would like to go ahead with the order and that the delay would not be a problem. I have heard nothing from them since, but my account has been debited. I reached out to the customer service team using their online form 9 days ago asking for an update and have received no reply. So in the end my money has been taken and I have not received the product- or any help with my order. A company to avoid.

Thought it was i scam in the beginning. This is why I payed with PayPal and checked my glasses very carefully.
Website and ordering process could appear little more trustworthy (various weird entries for sending the package, unclear status of order in the beginning, not as fast as other online shops in preparing the shipping), but after I got the link to the transport service provider after around a week, parcel was traceable and my glasses arrived as expected!
In the end everything was fine. Thank you!

I have never ever seen such a company in my life. I ordered two CK frames. Waited for them to arrive (international shipping). When I realise they do not arrive, I check my email and see that they sent an email in which they told me that maybe I'd have to pay customs, and that if I agreed to that, and that I had to submit a form confirming or denying. Meanwhile, the status was "waiting for clients answer" for two weeks. Can you believe it? I thought it was one of the many emails one receives when purchasing something online. I answer that I confirm.
Three days later, I receive another email in which they tell me that one of the frames is not available any more and that I have to wait two months, and that I have to submit a form in which I confirm or deny that I still want that order. I click on confirm (I wanted those two frames because I already own the same but with a different colour, and I love them, but there was no rush).
Today someone writes to me (and, oh, this time I can answer back to the email, because the previous ones did not offer any means to contact Occhialando; the only option was to confirm or cancel), telling me that the company management is wondering whether I really want these glasses or I just want them to try them on and then return them (are they kidding, the shipping costs were $30, and I did not know if they could be returned, but I guess I'd have to pay to send them back), they said that they sent this email out of courtesy to clients, because these glasses are in high demand and to avoid making the customer wait too long? Yes, I know it does not make any sense, that is what they wrote. That was the last straw. I mean, what kind of joke is this?? I thought that maybe it was a scam, because this is pathetic, fishy, sketchy and lame. This is the most disgusting thing I've witnessed when buying something online. I have just purchased those frames somewhere else, and they should arrive in a week, DHL express, and the shipping was half of what Occhialando intended to charge me. Shame on Occhialando. I would not buy from this company if I were you. They are fishy and untrustworthy and they just play with the customers. Also, just so you know, one month later and while they were playing with me, they had blocked all the money in my account, so that they could be assured that I paid. And they were telling me I had to wait two months, which means three months waiting, while they block the money. Beware of them!! I have just read that they did the same in other reviews and tell ridiculous excuses. And, listen, Occhialando, I see you answer bad reviews. Well, let me tell you in advance: spare me your tales. What you have done is ridiculous, unacceptable, unjustifiable and absolutely fishy. Save yourself the excuses, because I tell in advance that they are going to be BS. Fatte schifo!

Ordered some glasses the 2th october, they didn't sent them until the 24th october (after 22 days), using as an excuse that a "bug" marked them as being in stock while they were not.
The parcel arrived empty the day after (25th of october), they refuse to provide any type of solution using as pretext that they're waiting on DHL for a solution and we're already in the 20th of november.
I do not recommend this store to anyone.

VERY unhappy with the customer support. I ordered 1 pair of glasss and they arrived crooked... they were not straight... so i paid for returning the glasses and ordered another pair of glasses which unfortunately did not suit me. So I emailed the team that I would be returning the glasses and they told me as per their policy they cannot accept more than 1 return nor give a refund... im so disappointed and stuck with a pair of glasses that dont suit me and have basically lost my money... i tried to explain so many times that the first return was not my fault... and they dont accept or are willing to understand or help!!!!
Great customer support! Even more than 2 years since I bought a frame there, they were able to provide me with spare parts so I could easily repair it myself.
