I purchased sunglasses which were in stock. Never recived tham. Got in thouch with Cs back and fort msg afet it i simply asked for refund note and never got it.
I had to engage my bank which reported a fraud and finnaly got back my money. Whole process took almost 4.months.

Original products at a very competitive price
I am very satisfied with the service and quality provided by Occhialando.
The sunglasses were original (Oliver People N.02, which is the most important thing), price was very competitive, and packaging was nicely done.
Customer service responded within ca. 24h to my inquiries, which is acceptable.
The only negative points were that delivery abroad to Austria took a bit too long (and with GLS courier it is always like winning the lottery), and that I did not manage to speak on the phone to the customer service because waiting times are way too long.

Price was great and delivery was fast
Price was great and delivery was fast. Only lowlight is that I added a gift packaging and it arrived as if someone’s kid had packaged it, very poorly.
Gift packaging was just a few eur and is not that big of a deal, but I had to re-do it.
