I have been paying way too much a month for my car, I simply just wanted to refinance even if it costed a little more in the end. Everytime I talk to them about the refinance the interest rate just keeps going up. I have a great credit score and have never missed a payment and yet they want to quadruple my interes on the refinance. OCCU is a pile of crap, do not ever finance with them if you value your money.

I purchased a Car a month ago and got my loan through OCCU. I realized I needed to change Direct Deposit to a different bank as they were taking it out ofg my Business Checking, not personal checking. After a 20 wait on hold, I gave the Lady my name and explained Where and when I'd purchased the Car. SHe told me I'd need to call back because I'd shared to much information and they had a security process to follow. I asked if she was going to contact the lot, "No you just need to call back"

I got a car loan and I wish I never did!! I got the loan to help build my credit and instead it has dropped my credit more than 200 points because I was two months late on my payment and not consecutive and with communication of being late! They don’t care! If you need a loan use United Finance they do care and are willing to work with you! I wish I did that from the beginning! I do not recommend OCCU to ANYONE!!!!! And if you want a credit union use any of them but OCCU!!!!

they never processed my check today now its late and my plans are no longer in play, great way to start off the new year, no car cause i couldn't pay the mechanic today, cant go out of town to see friends and family. was supposed to be 3 days before the 1st and 3 days before the 3rd. i got the 1st one 4 days before, but now i have to wait til who knows when for the 2nd one. and i should receive it before, if it falls on the week end...if i do get a ride monday for work, i cant get my car cause bout the time i get off work the shop is closed, guess im out of a car now until im off friday? ill probably miss work monday, should sue you for loss wages. this 3day early pay check thing you guys are doing messed up everything. bills are automatically coming out tomorrow, which will make it even more difficult. every month for the past few months there have been issues. one lady said i should just keep the money in my account and not touch it until a few days later, so then whats the point of it coming early if i cant spend it? 4 times now i have gotten paid late...whoever came up with this idea should be fired....all that being said, im going to close my account. all i get is "im sorry" but no fixing it. you have ruined my weekend more than you will ever know. now im going to be at home alone, thanks...never had these problems before you guys decided to mess around with my money, without my permission or any notification. pathetic. after 9 years of being a customer i will now be in the process of going somewhere else...im done with you.
