WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR
I really want to rank the company in terms of the working conditions. I don't know where else I can do that. They have more shops under different names, like Aica, Duschparadies but sell the same products on ebay and amazon. They are trying to recruit foreigners in China, where their headquarter is in customer services. Their tasks involve taking phone calls and answering emails from German customers in Germany and other countries where they have their warehouse. Because of that, the working hours are unacceptable as employees have to work during German or European working hours. The location is too remote. At 12 am, people can't even get home, unless they take a taxi. The company's accommodation is unacceptable, as well. Bad working conditions - employees are not treated well. They have to work not only 6 days a week, but also do not have holidays. So Chinese employees frequently started to leave the company. There are many unhappy customers who think that the quality is low. Foreigners, they try to find, also got cheated. The agreed salary, they did not pay out, as still one colleague gets the probation salary. They also are mean. They easily can cancel the residence permit after leaving.
