The jewelry is beautiful and unique, but it's overpriced and of poor quality. The necklace I bought turned brown

I ordered three rings from Ocean Boutique Shop, advertised as handmade in London and S925 silver.
The items actually came from China, and I took them to a jeweller, who confirmed they are not silver.
The company admitted by email that the rings are not made in London, but since I confronted them about the silver issue, they have not responded at all.
I do not recommend ordering from this shop.

Received a package from China looking just like an aliexpress/temu package..
I ordered 3 rings and got a pair of earrings instead, one of the rings I received is a cheap reproduction of the product on their website picture, and the last one just look cheap and not made of silver material at all.

ridiculous, very cheap material, definitely NOT real sterling silver, the silver layer came off after a few days

The items were shipped from a China factory, low quality and easily bendable. One of the rings came with a little scratch. I felt scammed since it’s not worth the money at all, you can get such quality rings from Temu.

Definitely a scam!!! They say it's made in the UK but then it gets shipped from China. Because of that I refused to pick up the package and it got send back. After a month I still didn't get a refund so I contacted them and they pushed several times to send me another package if I paid 10 pounds for the delivery. I said no then they refused to refund because package was lost during shipping. When I said I will sue them then they finally decided to handle it and refunded me a month after. I also warned people on their insta page of the scam and they blocked me.

Def a scam and illegal advertisements. It's not silver as they advertise on their homepage. The silver looking coat from the rings came off after 3-4 weeks. They promised to resend the rings and said a couple of times that they're on their way, it's been 8 months now and I'm not getting a response. Do not buy from them!

I've got couple of rings from this shop, been reading reviews from other customers, thought I'll get another poor quality items, but overall I am very happy how they turned up, feels much better and silver than other cheap jewellery I have bough weeks ago, doesn't turn my fingers green, easy to adjust and wear on any finger.

DIDDLY DAMN, THAT'S A SCAM

They make it look like they're a small business from the UK, but once you get your tracking number, you realize the product comes from China. I had filled in an old address by mistake (auto-fill), and immediately wrote them asking to rectify it. They never responded so the shipment bounced back, and I lost CHF 50. Later, I purchase the same item for a fraction of the price on Shein.

Found the same jewellery on SHEIN, TEMU or Aliexpress by google reverse image search, so it's a scam! They claim to be sustainable, high quality, but actually selling super cheap low quality jewellery.
