Multiple missing parts
I placed an order for a Bimini top and support poles. Everything seemed fast in their order shipment, but when I opened the package the only thing that was in there was the Bimini support poles. There was no cloth top, no support poles, and no hardware for installation. I sent them an email with no response as of yet, and when I try to call them it goes straight to a voicemail system which indicates that their mailbox is full and doesn’t allow you to speak with anybody. Highly unacceptable and will be looking for a refund if this is not remedied.

Oceansouth sent the item very quickly, with very good packaging. Gave this as a gift to a friend who takes us on boat rides and he is very happy with the quality of the product.

I had a slight issue regarding an order and Sascha dealt with it excellently. He was really helpful and went above what I would have expected to ensure the product was right for my outboard engine and would fit. Very good experience.

This is a great online shop to buy everything you need for boats. The quality of the materials is of high standard. I am extremely happy with the adjustable seat pedestal and fisherman folding boat seat that I bought. Delivery was very fast. The only thing that I am disappointed with is why they don’t give screws with the seat pedestal to fix it to the boat
