NO safety

We rejected a private yacht in August 23 for safety reasons (only buoyancy aids with 50 Newton buoyancy, signaling devices that have expired for 28 years, nautical charts from 2007). The managing director advised us to buy our own electronic charts and find an agreement with the owner. The owner could only be reached by phone and offered us a refund. It later emerged that Oceanspirit had commissioned the online platform RTC Batkontakten AB as an additional intermediary. See the terms “Lifek-Jackets NOT is Rescue-Jackets”. The owner referred to RTC's terms and conditions. We lost the entire charter fee.
