This is my second successful project with Octaanimations. They listened, made my requested changes and (most important to me) met my deadline for releasing and promoting my animated video.

The process to get our video was good. It was a little confusion at first - some of it was on our end. Once things got rolling the process went along well. We are happy with the outcome of the video.

I work with Octaanimatiom multiple times and honestly they did a satisfying excellent job every time. It's like they A’s it and give Briezkom Motorsports a well respected name for itself and good for the company as well.

They made me an excellent video. I was very happy with their professionalism and speed. I highly suggest them.

This company is ran by incompetent scammers whole stole all my money and never gave me my projects back total disaster

Excellent work and good response. Easy to work with , had problem working with Cyntia and after my request they assigned me Jay my new project manager and very adaptive to my needs. I'll use them again for sure.

Initially they did decent work.

Then, just as they were finishing another video, I got a strange email that they had a fire at their WY facility and they needed a week to get back up and running. Now they are completely incommunicado. It’s been well over a month.

Total sham.

I am so hurt right now. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company and they just completely abandoned my project. To make matters worse my 2 websites and email are both unavailable. ( I’m losing customers as we speak) This business is the only thing I have and octa animations is destroying it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST

I paid for an animation and it was nearly complete.
But I’ve not heard from them now for 2 weeks. No explanation given. So it looks like I’ve lost my money.
This company is a disgrace. Do not use them.

Update of Aug 25, 2021: I paid over $8k for what was supposed to be 22 minutes of video but after the first minute, contacts stopped and it's impossible to get either the project completed or the money back.

All positive reviews are fake!

Cynthia Rawan promised two videos for a certain amount. I paid for the first video and it was fantastic so I decided to commit to 20 minutes of video.
Once the payment was made, I haven't heard back from them and I can't get a hold of them.
Looks like they have at least another website: videoavalon.com.
What can I do?

STOP! Do not contract with Octa Animations. I was sold a 30-45 second animation and they sent me a sloppy PowerPoint. When I pushed back and asked for the reference, they went quiet. They promised to send me a new version but never did and now they don't reply to emails. DO NOT ENGAGE. Alex Martin and Cynthia Rawan have committed bait/switch fraud with me and they'll do it to you.

I really enjoyed the video making process. It was super easy, exactly as I wanted, and easy to make changes. Great company! Love my video!

Victoria Johnson and Alex Martin did a great job on our video projects for School Funding Group. They kept things moving along and were thorough with the revisions. Overall, the process went well. The videos turned out very nice. Thank you, Tim Brack, Owner

Initially hired them for 2 explainer videos and a website redesign. They did a great job on the 2 explainer videos but the website redesign project went sideways. They were unable to manage the migration and weren't able to fix bugs once we pushed the site live. I also bought 4 teaser videos and paid for them but they never started the work and disappeared after I paid them. I have 7 emails into them and no response. I think they skipped town with my payment.

The team exceeded my expectations. I figured the video would be 'alright' given the price point but was blown away. The team was quick to respond and followed the direction and vision I wanted for our brand. We will definitely use them again!

Victoria was amazing from beginning to end. She knew what I wanted and took care of it with a quick response and turn around. Also she was very professional but most important she had a lot of patience. She never lost patience or raised her voice. Victoria deserves five stars but I don’t believe in giving a person the max because that’s when they can slip up. But I can tell you me and Victoria are working on my next project. So what’s that telling you. 👌👌👌
