Octoinkjet are exceptional! I have an Epson XP which is many years old for a printer, but continues perfect for my modest printing needs, and so I wished to avoid adding to landfill when nearing the end of its printing pad life.

Martin at Printer Potty/Octoinkjet produces the most amazingly helpful and encouraging YouTube reviews, meticulously guiding you through the process of changing the inkpads and resetting the counter. Not only that, but he responds unbelievably quickly to queries, and seems to be able to fine-tune any potential snag in the process.

This is the second time I’ve replaced the waste ink pads on this printer! Both times was super easy to do, printer taken apart, new pads fitted and code reset all done in less than 45minutes. Very happy person 😃. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to everyone. My Epson XP530 has now lasted far longer than Epson really wanted it to 😉

I bought a key to reset my printer counter after replacing the inkpads.. I needed some help following the instructions to use this. I rang to ask for help - I can only say that the help I was given was outstanding and excellent! I was patiently talked through all the complications that came up, and now have a fully functioning printer again! THANK YOU for all the time and help you gave me! I could not have asked for more.

What an excellent service saving me lots of money. I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer, but thanks to Octoinkjet services I managed to reset my printer and install the new printer pads. For a small cost it has saved me in the region of £100 bfor a new printer. Well worth it, thank you.

I purchased the Printer Potty Waste Ink kit for a Cannon G6050 megatank, plus print head cleaning solution and two syringes with blunt needles.

After viewing the Octoinkjet Potty Waste and Print head cleaning YouTube videos, I could then fit the “Potty” with some ease, and also clean the printer heads by placing them down on tissue soaked in the cleaning solution. After a few changes of solution/tissue and a little solution into each head port (1 black and 3 colour) the two heads appeared to be clean.

I then flushed each head port with distilled water very carefully with just slow drips (no pressure) before placing the heads down on tissue that I changed a few times in order to draw out all the water, and the print heads where left to dry on a warm window cill in full sun.

After refitting, plus an ink flush all now working to perfection, with money well spent at Octoinkjet. Many thanks from a happy customer.

Just reset my XP-510 Waste ink pad E-11 error message. The second time I've done this over the last probably 10 years and it's still going strong. Might overflow one day but I'm not really bothered! It's clearly just a cynical ploy by Epson...

Fantastic instructions to help you replace the waste ink pads and reset your printer waste ink counter. Saved me a fortune in buying a new printer. Honestly, the instructions are foolproof and much easier to follow than I thought - thank you so much!

just received the Compatible XP4 Printer Pad + Reset Key for my Epson XP960 very easy to replace old pads saves buying a new printer and with the Key was able to reset the pad counter. Fast delivery great installation video on YouTube. I will certainly use again.

Espon ET2850 successful ink pad reset!
Purchased the replacement ink pads and the reset counter key and followed instructions to get printer working again. OctoInkjet was recommended on a local Facebook group and it was easy to follow and resolved the problem immediately. Great success!

It works! I have an Epson XP-610 that stopped working as the ink pads were full. Ordered the replacement kit, followed the instructions and it's now working again. It took me a little while to unscrew the parts on the printer and fit the pads, then download and install the software, but it worked! Really very pleased with this.

I recently bought a replacement Printer Pad kit for my ageing Epson XP540 which had stopped working due to the existing ink pads being 'full' and directing me to Epson for a service. The kit duly arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that it included a comprehensive set of clear instructions on how to swap the pads over. It also had full instructions on the process of downloading the necessary software to clear the error message on the printer. I found this part harder than the swapping over of the actual pads but that down to my lack of computer skills! I have no hesitation in recommending Octoinkjet.

Excellent instruction videos, fixed my printer using Mic reset key and new ink pads. Highly recommend if you are having this problem

Amazing. For under 40€ I have a fully working Epson XP55 printer having replaced the inkpads myself without any difficulty at all. An Epson repair would have entailed a nearly 400km round trip to my nearest approved repairer - probably twice as I doubt they'd have done the job while I waited!. Octoinkjets instructions were the best written and clearest that I have ever encountered - they even have a video to enable a double-check for the final WIC Reset. Simply outstanding.

Excellent product! My Epson printer had stopped working due to full ink pads. Purchased the pads and key together, which arrived very quickly! Followed their video to replace the pads and then the reset instructions and I'm now back up and running! All very straight forward and much better than buying a new printer! Thank you Octoinkjet!

MyEpson printer gave me a warning that the printer ink pads has come to the end of its life so contact Epson
I search on google to resolve this issue and came across the company Octoinkjet which they sell the kit for the inkpads and the reset code
So I bought the kit including the resetcode and I am very pleased that my printer is back to normal and working condition saved me buying a printer so I would like to thank Octoinkjet for this great kit

Easy to order the correct waste pads for my printer and prompt service. Easy to follow instruction on paperwork and You Tube and all completed in under 20minutes. I had already phoned Epson about my waste pads nearing the end of service and they told me it would cost over £54 and to take it to an Epson printer dealer (nearest in 30 miles away) as I wouldn't be able to do this myself. How wrong they were! Thank you Octoink!

Replacement ink pads were dispatched the next day and I received them 48 hrs later. Very fast service.
Using their video, removing the old ink pads and replacing them with the new ones was straightforward and very easy and using the WIC Reset key software was similarly easy and straightforward.
My Epson XP-950 is printing again.
As a matter of interest, my Mac is using the latest Sonoma v 14.6.1

Fantastic company to deal with. XP750 stopped working on morning of 26 September. Placed order for pads and reset key just before 1pm. Order arrived mid morning 27 September and printer was working less than 24 hours from placing order. Instructions were clear and concise. I didn't use the gloves. Highly recommended
