I bought an Elite Strap for the Quest 2, and it snapped, I sent a ticket, and sent al the details Photo of the break etc, have heard nothing since, that was 3 weeks ago, sent another email still no reply! Do not buy an elite strap as it is definitely not worth the £50 I paid for it!
