Purchased anti blue screen with built-in privacy feature for macbook air. Easy installation, product is high quality, and privacy feature works. However, unable to verify anti blue filter. Could not comment on the customer service since I have no issues with the protection screen.

Customer Support is top-notch. My questions were answered and taken care of in a timely fashion. I received a notice of the expiration of a $10.00 gift card which I asked to be applied to an order that was already paid for, but had not shipped. No problem. They refunded the money to my account.

Even though I believe it was my mistake that I got the wrong size ocushield screen for my MacBook Pro, Ocushield went above and beyond to replace my order with no additional charges!!. I was very surprised as I would have been willing to pay for shipping etc.

I have LOVED my clear and amber tinted blue light glasses. They are first very cute, but also they work very well. The customer service is fanstastic, which is truly hard to find, especially with niche wellness products. Try the glasses out, you won't regret it!

I suffer with a lot of light sensitivity
I have ADHD and post-concussion syndrome, and my concussion directly affected my vision. I live with Irlen syndrome and visual snow syndrome, which makes me extremely sensitive to screens, light frequency, and eye strain. Because of this, I am very selective about what I use. I have tried multiple blue light filters over the years, and Ocushield is the only one I trust and continue to use. I use it on my phone and laptop for graduate school and work, and I couldn’t function without them. You can tell they put real R&D into this product.

Huge waste of money and time.
We ordered 2 pairs prescription glasses for myself and my husband in different sizes. They both arrived the same size- his are far too small and goodness knows what prescription they worked to but we can NOT see with them at all! They will not offer any refund or take any responsibility. Order with extreme caution it cost us £180 and they are only fit for the bin!

Exceptional Support and Product Quality
I purchased the Ocushield to help with screen glare since I use my iPad as a TV at night. When it arrived, I had a bit of trouble with the initial positioning near the volume buttons—it was likely user error—but the pressure caused the screen protector to crack.
I reached out to customer service the next morning and was connected with Mia. She could not have been more pleasant or accommodating! Without any hassle, she immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. It is so refreshing to be treated fairly and with such efficiency. By mistake, I ordered the screen protector for the iPhone13 and Pro, thinking it would fit my Pro Max as well, but the frame was too small. I contacted customer service, who told me that other people had been caught out by this as well, and that they would happily exchange it for me. I had already used the dust cloth and sticky dust label, but as long as the screen protector itself had not been used, they would be happy to exchange for the correct one, which they did immediately after receiving the original one back.
