Good location. Close to the village and ski lifts. Sauna and hot tub were good. Nice living room and kitchen with lots of natural light. Lovely view
1. No instruction manual for the house despite repeated requests, ie where to put rubbish
2. Smelt of sewerage, emanating from drains.
3. Poor communication from Odalys Holidays. Repeated emails unanswered.
4. Heating did not work in one of the bedrooms
5. Only one of the bathrooms had a proper shower. The others had a hand held shower only. No towel hooks or hangers. No shelf for soap or shampoo. Simple things that would cost very little but very annoying at this price point
6. Photos make it look better than it really is.
7. No internet for 2 days

I also need to speak with them about the room I booked as we are travelling with a senior citizen who has a disability and the room configuration is unclear from booking!
I arrived late at night, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, I was met by Omar, the receptionist, who immediately demanded a €300 deposit something that was never mentioned in my Booking.com confirmation. When I politely asked where this was stated, he raised his voice and snapped: “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I asked for a manager he said “there’s none here.”
No welcome. No explanation of where anything was. I had to ask about the breakfast, gym, and pool his cold response: “First floor.” It was clear he didn’t care.
The stay only got worse. The towels smelled like they had already been used, the pool looked dirty and nothing like the pictures, and the breakfast made me sick I ended up with food poisoning from a croissant.
What hurts most is how I was treated. As a solo traveler, I just wanted kindness and safety. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and physically unwell. Omar’s behavior was completely unacceptable, and the hotel conditions were equally bad.

I have never experienced anything like this. I had booked a room that I had to move in 2 days for personal reasons. It was impossible to do. Even if there was a vacancy, I wanted to cancel. I have sent well over 1000 messages and cannot get them to talk. It has been cancelled but I cannot get my money back. I have never met a place with such poor customer service, both on the phone, email, messenger, etc. There is no help, so stay away because it cannot be good.
yes, you will respond when it comes here, but I have sent you well over 1000 messages, yes, that's true, both by email and messenger, but you won't respond to anything and you won't respond.
so an update on 29/7-2025 after several weeks where it is completely impossible and get anything from you not even Booking.com you answer even though in response to this you say I just need to contact you with my info you will do absolutely nothing you are beyond comparison the worst company ever stay far away from there

Eventually when they do reply, they ask you for details but give you no email address to send them to. Laughable if not so serious and shockingly poor.

Our stay at hotel at Cavalaire-sur-Mer was profoundly disappointing—nowhere near the advertised four stars. We would rate it closer to three, at best. Upon arrival, the room cleanliness was immediately questionable: the bathroom walls were damp, the ventilation grilles caked in dust and mold, and the light fixtures coated in thick layers of grime. The so-called “quadruple” room was cramped, the beds worn and uncomfortable, and the appliances ancient.
Noise was a constant issue—you could hear every footstep and conversation in the neighboring rooms. The pool area and restaurant surroundings smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the chairs were unclean, and the pool’s footbath appeared unsanitary. To make matters worse, most of the staff seemed indifferent at best.
And if you care about your vehicle, steer clear: instead of a polite warning with a simple note of our room number that we were maybe on a private space, someone left sharp, key-shaped scratches on our brand-new car. And don't ask for the camera recordings; there's nothing to see.
In summary: avoid this property unless you’re prepared for substandard cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, and unprofessional service.

stayed at one of their properties in Auris France (Balcons d'Auréa) Jan 18th for a week, the apartments claim I ordered a parking space yet I was a Tui holidays guest on a packaged trip, no car, no car parking was ever requested, found they had stolen €35 from my credit card on return home.
They are over a week later still trying to claim I booked parking ??????
Avoid Odalys, they steal your money and can't even admit when wrong or made an error......disgusting, just thieves !!!!!
They cannot be trusted.

An absolutely sensational hotel. Perfect location, close to everything and very quiet.
The hotel has all the amenities you could want as well as parking and laundry facilities. If you cant bothered going to a local cafe for breakfast, the hotel has a restaurant on the top floor.
The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Our French was very poor, but their English was great.

This Company is a scam! They charge you for services they do not offer and refuse to reimburse you. We payed a high price for a chalet with jacuzzi, the jacuzzi has been broken for a while, not a single form of compensation was offered. We were told it's our problem. DO NOT BOOK!!!!

I'd love the rate 5* but have been unable to use the online check-in system with it not recognising my booking reference and surname. Unfortunately after emailing reception at Edenarc Les Arcs they informed me to call customer service, but I am unable to navigate the automated system due to not knowing French, and have been unable to actually speak to a person.
I booked a room with an Odalys hotel for a second night by decided we needed to cancel since we could get to sleep with all the noise. It’s now been over 6 weeks and after the manager agreed to cancel the reservations the corporate office will not respond to multiple emails. I can only conclude that this company must purposely avoid complaints since they never respond and are not returning my $180. ;(

I have booked a holiday through this company and have contacted them via their contact form on the website as I am having issues accessing the booking I made. As I am a UK customer it isn't easy to phone abroad and to easily translate the conversation.
I received the initial confirmation but can't contact them to pay the balance, despite multiple attempts

A lovely, quiet, clean aparthotel. Location is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We booked a very expensive chalet via Odalys but the service is really below all standards. The WiFi is not working, chairs broken, the heating is not working properly, some lights not working, no information regarding the route to the chalet or how to get into the chalet. The telephone number provided was not in use which caused us driving 2 hours (with young kids) across Les Deux Alpes. In the end we asked multiple people if they could help and luckily we got the help we needed.
No help from the booking partner or any compensation regarding this. Really terrible experience.

Several times I have sent an email about paying off my booking and asking how, and not a single reply… please sort out your customer service. So far as a new customer to you I am not having the best experience and it makes your company feel like you are scamming people.

I paid for my March 2023 holiday accommodation in St Sorlin d’Arves in full on 1 Feb 2023 and also booked 3 ski equipment packages for experienced skiers online, costing €291.
My booking does not show the ski equipment, yet this was included in the total price which I duly paid. My account said I was in credit €291.
I cannot get anyone to speak with me to correct this and confirm my ski equipment booking. I have sent several emails, all unanswered, and have phoned three different numbers. These have not been answered, on 3 occasions when someone did answer I asked to speak to someone in English and was left holding before being cut off. Will you PLEASE respond and confirm my online booking for ski equipment!
I have already sent Odalys several emails with my booking reference number on!
I tried again on 16 Feb to book three adult ski packages for experienced skiers. I paid €291 but I have not received coupons for these, and you have once again taken payment of €291. My account is now in credit €582 and I do not have any evidence of booking for 3 ski packs!
I cannot speak with anyone at Odalys and emails are ignored.
I don’t want to publish my booking reference number on a public domain. Will you please contact me via TrustPilot.
