Every single time I have ordered from this company online, I have been told several days after I have ordered, that at least one (normally more) of the items are now out of stock. This always results in my order being shipped significantly later than when it was meant to.

I placed a large order with OddBalls on December 10th, worth over 150 Euro. The delivery time was supposed to be 5 working days, by Christmas nothing had arrived, and I never received a tracking number.

Customer service was slow to respond and couldn’t confirm whether the order was even shipped. I requested a refund, but so far, there has been no reply. Very disappointing experience — poor communication and no reliability.

I was guaranteed a refund, collection was organised, however the tracking record shows that my return was rejected and returned to sender. After 2 weeks I don't have the items I ordered nor do I have a refund. Crooks, thief's and scams, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a set of 10 pyramid juggling balls and a bag, not for juggling but for our cornhole game. Arrived swiftly and they were exactly what we were looking for.

I've done a few orders with them in the past, but with a recent one they really went the extra mile to make sure something arrived in time for a performance. Thank you so much!

My go-to for juggling kit and circusy toys

Made about 4 orders from Oddballs including juggling kit, a unicycle and some other toys and books. Always arrived perfectly. Do recommend

Ordered a cheap diabolo set for my son, unfortunately arrived without the sticks, which may have been lost in the post. No problems getting another set sent out though, would order from them again!

Couldn’t work out how to fix the LED kit to the hurricane diabolo and contacted them via email in the evening. Had a phone call back from Alex the following morning and he was so helpful and talked me through it. Excellent customer service, he was so patient and also gave tips on how to maintain the diabolo. Fantastic quality and great pricing.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient service over the phone. Lovely stock, and a real pleasure to order from them. As I was ordering, they gave some juggling tips and ideas, which were useful.

Placed a number of orders through lock-down. Always prompt service and delivery and with their experience, always good quality products. As they say, life's a struggle if you don't juggle!

Purchased my sons first two unicycles from oddballs and then we ordered the Giraffe Unicycle. Following this the pedals became loose and cross threaded. Contacted Oddballs as they were showing the crank set on the website however they said they were not in stock. They then contacted me to inform they had found the correct part which I paid for and ordered, however when it arrived it was the wrong part. There was no offer of a refund however they did agree to try and find the correct part. Over 12 months later I was contacted by James from Customer Services who sent me a link to a supplier in China and I ordered the part only to find out that the supplier was a scam. I contacted Oddballs again to make them aware of this and they informed there was nothing they could do. Customer Services is extremely poor and I would avoid buying anything from this company as you will not be supported should you have an issue

Best customer service in all of London, the kids loved it and was the highlight of our trip, here is a man who loves his job and it shows. Wish we could have stayed longer and played with everything. Finally got them off the computer and out in the sun playing with their Yo-yos and Diablo and puzzles. Not just juggling stuff, so much to explore.
