Pretty much a scam. Don't use Odds King. Waited 45 minutes to get through on chat (was number one in the queue for the whole time) only to get a rude answer and the chat ended without me being able to reply. Worst scammers ever, ive joined some randomly rubbish sites, but this is worst of them all....customer sevices is non existent, sent emails get rejected as spam, chat NEVER gets answered, heck even there phone number is K.I.A, absolute joke that they can even trade...scammy scammers & thats being polite.....DO NOT USE....EVER!!!! Considering its same as betfred, its really ruined there name....scam scam scam!!!!

Wagered £80 on their Halloweekend promotion which was emailed to me. This should have given me 20 free spins to use on a choice of 3 slots. Free Spins were not received and none of the eligible slots could be found on their website. Tried live chat which said queue position 1 but 1 hour later was still waiting in queue position 1. Emailed support 4 days ago but still no reply (hiding behind the COVID as an excuse for long reply times). Feel that I have been conned.

Absolute scam, Avoid!!!! 50 free spins were credited, but as soon as I got a few quid, slot game crashed, all winning voided and no support agent available. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!

SCAM ALERT! I wish I had read these reviews before I had availed of an offer to join, deposit nd wager €10 to join Oddsking from Betfred.
They were happy to take my money and then weasel out of awarding 50 free spins. When I finally was awarded 50 free spins they closed my account. This is after I sent valid verification documents and had emailed and contacted them over 10 times through both email and Livechat.
DO NOT JOIN Oddsking or Betfred. They will try everything to get out of paying you. Please God let them go out of business.

There was no need whatsoever to be so patronising and rude towards me. Certainly not a member of staff worth having if that's how they are towards your customers.

Wonder why there's only 2 reviews and from last year. This company's website is such a steaming pile of ocelot sh*te. So you sign up and wager £10, but you go through hell just to find a game that actually loads up. When it does work, you find that the game runs like an asthmatic hippo that hangs on every god damn spin. Terrible user experience right off the bat. Says free spins will be credited within 48 hours. It only appeared for me 4 days later and it wasn't even through a prompt that pops up on "any game" as it says. You have to check it yourself by clicking on your balance and looking under the Casino balance. I made a whopping 4p from my free spins by the way.

Let me wager towards welcome offer then closed my account before giving the free spins. Site is one of the worst I've seen, definitely one to avoid

The most glitchy, frustrating and technically inept online casino I've yet to experience. I have signed up to many, many, many online casino's so I have a lot of experience. My reviews do not take into account any wins/losses as that would make me bias. In fact, I came out in profit here at OddsKing.

I signed up to participate in the wager £10, get 50 free spins offer. Great offer, no wagering requirements. That's why I've given two stars and not one. The problem starts after I try to wager my £10. Every single slot I tried to open gave me a technical error. It either said something about technical problems or said for me to check my internet connection. I assumed it was maybe a problem with Firefox. Nope, Chrome had the same problem. Let me try my phone. Oh wait! Same problem.

This happened multiple times, I believe there was two occasions out of about 20 that the slot let me play. Even then, loading the slot for my free spins was SUPER laggy. It's also a slight shame free spins aren't added instantly but that's not a big issue, they arrived within 24 hrs.

When experiencing the technical issues I contacted live chat a couple of times. I was welcomed to the "Betfred, ToteSport" live chat... OK? Anyway. I explained my technical issues to the live chat. Firstly I was told my account had no restrictions. Great, but nothing to do with my question at all. Secondly, I was told it was a problem my end, but the agent changed his mind after he "identified" a problem.

Overall, PLEASE avoid. It is such a broken and frustrating website it's not even worth completing the sign-up offer.

EDIT: I have edited this review from two stars, down to one. The slots work better now, however I have done about three offers they have emailed me or that I have seen online offering me spins for wagering a specific amount. EVERY SINGLE TIME they NEVER automatically credit the spins. I have to sit on chat to support for the spins, and sometimes even wait for a follow-up email. The probably do this so people forget they have free spins and never follow it up. USELESS.
