Scam and worst travel providers ever. Please do not book your trip here.

I payed extra for checked in luggage, on the airport they could not see that since my ticket showed no luggage. By the way, didn't receive ticket upon booking, had to call then for that! Would never ever buy from them again.

Cancelled flight due to covid back in 2020 and still have not get any refund . They told me I had to pay 75 euro for each ticket when apply for refund. Now over 2 years later still have not refund and The company dont answer while trying to contact them . I really consider to take contact with some lawyer.

Called me to tell me my flight has been cancelled and i have to pay 800 kroner to get a refund which is pretty much half of the ticket price, or i would have to pay 400 to get a new booking that would take 7+ hours and 3 connections for what is essentially a 2 hour trip. What kind of business practice is this when the flight was cancelled?

I assumed at first that this was a spam call, since as soon as i started questioning it and asking where these terms were listed that i had to pay they got mad and told me they could not help me with that and hung up? How come you can't show me the terms and conditions of which you're asking me to follow? It was an honest question and i didn't raise my voice or anything, i guess the employee was stressed or something but that kind of immature answer is not really something that makes me ever want to do business with a company again.

I feel like it's a fair question to ask, especially since the company i booked through is called Resecentrum i Stockholm AB and not Odenresor, which was the number for the company you called me from and that i called back to, but i guess it's rude to ask where the terms and conditions are in writing?

This agency is a baby company for RCG.
I had an issue with this travel agency when I booked a domestic flight inside Sweden and my booking got canceled they charged me for almost 50% of my ticket and claimed that they paid tax that they can't get back.

This's so unprofessional way of treating a customer when the cancelation happens from the airline, and also on the airline site they offer a full refund for the ticket and in some cases, they also give 20% as compensation.

Another company that is crafty adding charges at the end......
Tried to book a seemingly cheaper flight with BA to London through them - in the end their price turned out higher than with BA directly.
They tried to add a lot of charges throughout the process and they made you feel bad by clicking these add-ons constantly away.

There should be no place for these companies on the travel market.
Will not try to use them again

But when I asked to change my return ticket. First they said I should call them from abroad (just imagine when one is calling from abroad to Sweden and they keep on holding for 30mins) finally when they picked up the call the operator said that she could not help me. I should send email and ask for refund of rebooking fee.
I did the same but got reply in just two words it's not refundable. Now I am trying my best to contact them but they are ignoring my emails.
It's basically a daughter company or a fake company of RCG
