What a lousy company.

What a lousy company.

I am a member of Odeon's 'Limitless' and it was recently my birthday. I got an email from them saying:

Paul, your myLIMITLESS birthday gift is waiting

We love to spoiling our members, especially on their big day. So here's something on us: A FREE Large Combo (popcorn and a drink) with your name on it.

To claim your gift, pre-order your popcorn on the ODEON app or scan your myLIMITLESS QR code at the cinema counter.

However, the gift expired within 1 week.

I give odeon over £200 a year via my membership and dont go all that often. I would much rather they didnt bother with such 'gifts' if they prohibit the times of when you can enjoy them.
