Easy booking online, friendly staff, clean and modern cinema, great value, excellent film

1 all the seats were the same I was expecting premium seats but they were all the same. 2 the seats weren't properly labeled I.e A,B ,C .
3 the people behind kept knocking the seats.

And 4th not odeons fault but the movie was extremely rubbish

We visited the Odeon in Dorchester to see the film ‘Wildwood’. It was our first time at the cinema. The service was excellent - brilliant staff! We sat in premium seats with plenty of legroom.

I’ve only given it à 4 star review as we didn’t particularly enjoy our hot dogs, which had far too much cheese sauce on - however this is a personal opinion and was our choice. The food and drink were also rather an expensive surprise, even with ‘deal’ offers.

Good customer service

Went to see the BTS live in concert today, the lights didn't go out until later on, until asked by a friend. The screen also was stuck at 16:9 I believe, meaning the showing was all distorted. Then about half way through, a message came up to say it was going to be timed out and will turn off. This message was removed after friend went to let the team know, the lights did go out but the screen never got sorted. Literally made BTS look like snow white and the seven dwarfs Lol! We stayed to watch the whole show because we had paid £18.50 each but yeah was left disappointed by the experience.

Popcorn price was outrageous - won’t be visiting again.

Cinema was great but I went in to order the tickets at the desk especially and was greeted with a much higher price than online. Therefore, I stepped to the side and booked them online. This was an inconvenience, therefore I will not rush to visit again. Look after your staff Odeon and allow desk bookings to be more appealing.

Flog to death same films for weeks at the same showing times, when there are many others available that pass my local cinema by, resulting in me paying at my other local cinema to see them, (food cheaper too). Change show times each day to catch people. Who decides what films are shown in each cinema? If done externally 'don't lump all cinemas in the same box', think of the demographic of each cinema/area. If done internally, maybe survey customers to access what we wish to see.

Awful. The seats were down low so your knees were almost by your chin. straining your haunches and straining your back. The sound was ear-splitting so, I had to stuff paper hankies in them. The canteen was slow and expensive. I've been to a few cinemas in my time. I'd not return to yours.

Friendly staff. The premium seats werent comfortable enough to justify the extra cost.

The lift is still not working
Though we didn’t need to use it, the fact that others were really struggling with the stairs caused everyone to be very delayed getting out.
