Accessibility door and lift out of service with no signage, old food in cup holder, and screen very dirty. Also sounded like a speaker had blown. Would not recommend.

Arrived at empty carpark and few lights on the cinema, but once inside we were greeted by the 'Manager' for our electronic tickets and directed to the food/drinks with a happy/pleasant saleswoman (everything was smooth and efficient - although the prices were high - yet the tickets were cheap?)
Wonderful comfy seats and wonderful film - a pity so few people were there - but I will certainly take my grandson there again.

There was a mouse on the seat
There was a mouse on the seat when we went to sit down. Scared my wife to bits. We had to leave. The Odeon reassured us it maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and offered us a free movie. My wife can't bear the idea of going back to there.

Best value for cinema is the Odeon.
Able to choose good seats in the middle and good view of screen.
However, I would advise others to go in a thick coat as it felt a little cold.
Great value!
No queuing or waiting.

Brilliant move experience where picture and sound is perfect
It was great picture and sound very clean and perfect value for money I took my son and his mate to watch street fighter £5.00 each in ex cinema. What a bargain..thanks ..

Great service the guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful as he always is, i hope he is recognised by this i didn't catch his name, the chairs were comfortable we had the premium ones, it was nice and warm & the film was great, all round great day out 😁
