Cancelled screening with no refund
Cancelled our screening at short notice and refused to refund us in full.
We got an email less than an hour before the start time, and after we'd already travelled into the area, telling us the screening had been cancelled due to "a technical error". We'd booked using vouchers we'd bought specifically for the screening. Odeon refunded us the upgrade fees we'd had to pay on top of the vouchers, but refused to refund the cost of the vouchers.
Fortunately we were able to book tickets to the same film at the nearby Vue Piccadilly. This was cheaper than the Odeon had been, even with the vouchers, and still had a great screen and seats. And most importantly, no technical issues.
