Avoid this company!
The car I received was dirty, smelly, and had holes burned in the seats. I was in a rush when picking it up, so I didn’t complain at the time. Upon return, I was unfairly issued a penalty for “smoking in the car,” which I absolutely did not do. The staff were extremely pushy and I had no time to dispute the accusation as I was rushing to the airport. Terrible experience — never again!

I had a great experience! They offered the best insurance prices, and my car was upgraded. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport within minutes, and it only took a few minutes to complete all the necessary paperwork to collect the car.

I reserved the vehicle in Krakow, I had a dropped off to my hotel the next morning.
Very easy to communicate with.
Straightforward no hidden fees.
I would suggest getting the additional insurance on the vehicle that way you do not get charged a deposit.
The prices were more than fair.
I also wanted a hybrid automatic transmission car which they had plenty of.

The best car rental. Used it many times in Poland as well as in Malaga, Spain. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, you can easily find a cheaper and better offer. I do not recommend this rental company, they keep payment card details for over a year and charge fees after 6 months later

Great service and a very reliable car. I was driving Jeep Avenger that was spotless from inside and outside for a couple of days and I cannot say a bad word about that vehicle. I will share my experience and let everyone draw their own conclusions,- A company that was once very competitive and cared about the customer because we were delighted with the rental in 2023 has simply fallen to the very bottom!!! The car was prepared in a tragic condition, battered, scratched, with missing body parts,
the person who picked us up from the airport in a van had absolutely no manners and no empathy for the children and women, he wasn't even willing to help load our children's heavy bags into the van, he just stood there and watched with his arms folded (in one word a true "gentleman") As for the rental price, I guarantee everyone that at this price they will rent a car like this in any other rental company. So there is no point in deluding yourself because the car still has to be vacuumed and washed at the end because a fine will be imposed. On the day of picking up the car, I already informed that this would be our last rental with this company and so it will be!!! To sum up, I do not recommend it

Great service . Highly recommended as they did their best to accommodate me with my preferred Hybrid Toyota Rav 4. Will definitely deal with them again as they always provide the good customer service and allow me to extend for 1 extra day.

Odkryta-Auto were extremely professional and went above and beyond whilst I hired a car for the duration of our stay.

It was a quick and seamless process from pick off to drop off and we were also taken to the airport as well.

Nice modern cars in top condition with all the extras cruise control, air conditioning and low mileage

Fast, high quality, smooth and dynamic company. We received our vehicle in a very simple and comfortable way and the vehicle we received was both new and clean. After the trouble-free usage period, we were welcomed very quickly and courteously during the delivery phase and all these processes were very easy. A company I will definitely choose for a great rental experience.

A great car rental experience!

This was my first time renting a vehicle in Krakow (Poland) and I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. Phone customer service representative was very helpful and informative (they even sent me a link to international driver's license application).
Everything from booking the rental online to receiving email confirmation to step by step instructions on how to receive and return the vehicle - it all happened exactly the way Odkryj Auto said it would.
After getting to the rental car location I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an automatic Toyota Corolla. The car was very clean and in perfect condition. Everything was explained properly and all documents arrived in my mailbox instantaneously.
Their flexibility, friendliness, helpfulness and easy communication impressed me. Highly recommended!
