Like everyone else I ordered back in June and have not received any thing nor a refund. To think that I found this through Google's shopping tab surprises me.
I suggest that anyone who has been affected by this contacts their bank and ask to speak with the fraud department. I did this and got my money back in 2 days.
Complete waste of time!!

Sadly i have had the same experience as most of your users.
No iphone and no promised refund.
This is their latest email to me;

Apologies for the delay, our processing bank aren't issuing refunds on our behalf anymore unfortunately so you'll have to contact your card issuer and inform them that your order hasn't arrived and the delivery deadline has passed. They'll then begin payment reversal proceedings.

I bought and Iphone 6+ 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived yet. I have tried to contact them with the phone number mentioned on their website but it did not work.
With all the reviews apparently being fake ones, I am getting suspicious.

I must admit that I have a delivery date for 10/08/2015 so I will update this review next week to confirm if it has arrived or not.

Is that the one saying 08/10/2015????? over 2.5 months since the order date????

Item refunded on 23/09/2015 still no money in my bank account.
I am giving the company until the middle of next week before it is sent in front of the law.
If like me you haven't received your item or your payment, I suggest to go to your nearest police station: they will advise you on what to do next.

I have reported oembrands.co.uk I have also made some research and found out they have done the same sh!t under oembrands Ltd and oembrands com

My order number is SBA906. I ordered on 7th June 2015. Initial ETA for my order was 11th Aug 2015. I was expecting on 11th Aug 2015. However this has been changed to 8 Sep 2015 after 15th Aug 2015. Even 8 Sep 2015 has been changed to cancel and refunded on 5 Sep 2015. Its a waste of time. I gave two star just because of my money returned. It deserved only single star.

I guess price too good to be true. Originally concerned and contacted before ordering and they said check reviews on Trustpilot and reviews complained about length of time for order but came through. Ordered iPhone 5s in June and delivery supposedly Sept. When I did not receive an email on day before order due for delivery, alarm bells rang. No delivery on due date. Contacted on day after and received a generic email stating due to problem beyond their control, had to cancel order. Then a separate generic email saying order cancelled and refunded sent minutes after first email. All triggered by my enquiry about my order. I wrote an angry email stating unacceptable response. I wanted to know what the reason was for the cancellation but received no further response. I have now received a refund. Money has been in their bank account for 3 months. Based on this experience, I can not recommend this company. They have not delivered and not explained. I have my money back but has left an extremely bitter taste. Trust has gone. We can all make mistakes but the apology was insincere. I can only say do not use this company. They have made no effort to make me think otherwise. It appears many others have had a similar experience recently as stated on Trustpilot since.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

My wife's iPhone was apparently despatched from the Marshall Islands (yeah, right) and due to take ten weeks to arrive in the UK, but the order got cancelled when it was allegedly somewhere approaching Europe.

I can't believe how stupid I was to believe that the low prices this company offers are solely due to its economical logistics and shipping methods (surely an iPhone on a container ship can't be that much cheaper than an iPhone on a plane?)

Still waiting for my credit card to be refunded with the money they've earned interest on for the past two months.

order no kkn5913.waited two months,OEM cancelled order when i could get no reply to emails to them and contacted barclaycard who refunded me.OEM just want your money to play with for a couple of months.god help anyone who paid by other means than credit card.AVOID...

LCL5056 - Ordered on 5th July, for delivery today 14/9/15. Emailed to check progress and was told it was cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". Nice, wait over two months till the day and not get the item. Will also have to wait 5-7 days for refund...Totally unacceptable, no real reason given, no offer to re-order. I never write reviews, but people need to be warned...

Placed an order for an IPhone 5s on 4/7/2015 on the understanding that the delivery would take 10 weeks. A week and a half before the due delivery date I received an email merely stating that the order had been cancelled and a refund issued, no explanation was provided. Upon asking for an explanation I was told that that the container carrying our order had been water damaged - it appeared to be a stock email which was sent immediately by return at 11:30pm on a Sunday. No replacement was offered and it seems from looking at previous reviews, this is not an isolated incident.
Far from impressed and from my experience I definitely cannot recommend using this company.

So today was the ETA - No sign of purchase - No Royal Mail Tracking number - No reply to my email from OEM Brands. All in all just as disappointing as all the reviews say - if you want good customer service and to receive the product that you have spent all of your hard earned money on, don't use OEM Brands! Lesson learnt if something is to good to be true then it is. If OEM Brands dignify me with some sort of response or the Iphone 5s turns up I will update this review - in all honesty if it arrives a week late i would be a happy customer but the lack of response is very worrying...

Update: Cancellation and a refund has been issued last night - why couldn't they have told me that weeks ago? Will update again when received

I have purchased an ipad air from oembrands in june, arrival date was today 9/9/15 , it's not here and the reviews I am reading is a first for me, I have tried to get onto the website but it's down. how can I possibly get a refund or check the status of delivery
