It was supposedly easy but the payment gateway is a pain has to go through a lot of tries for my card to be accepted. But as soon as it gets through sending of the gift card code was seamless

OffGamers is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I paid for an order, but the order was never completed. I received nothing. When I asked for my money back, their customer service refused to refund my payment and tried to force me to accept useless store credit.
Seriously? You take my money, fail to provide the product, and then tell me my money can only stay inside your platform?
What kind of ridiculous business practice is this?
I don't need your store credit. I don't want to buy anything from a company that treats customers like this. My money is not your platform balance, and you have no right to trap customers' money in your system.
This is a disgusting customer service experience. OffGamers clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, only about keeping customers' money.
Think twice before buying from OffGamers. If something goes wrong, don't expect a fair solution.

Bad experience, if u want to cancel a paid order is impossible even if the items are out of stock.
you have to contact support and then they reply by automated message lol.
and even worse, you will not get a refund if the codes are already used :/

Didn't get Refund Nor Replacement
First of all, I've been using Offgamers for more than 20 years. I'm a Platinum, I often use it to buy codes etc. I recommend it to my friends as the best platform out to get codes. Yet I never been humiliated this much!
I bought a 8 Steam codes (two months ago, order number: 46444826), one of these codes didn't work. I kept sending them emails back and forth but they didn't believe me! Not to mention the error messages shows it was redeemed by someone's else!
It was awful, never had a bad customer service at this level!
I will not deal with them again.

this is first time I got this experience, usually everything it's fine, but from 21 July I order ecoins, but my order still pending and got canceled by system, the problem is, I don't get my refund yet until now, I create a ticket to explain my problem everyday, but their respon so slow as hell, this is ridiculous, my balance has already been deducted from my bank account, this is not first time I'm buying through offgames lol, so I don't know what to do now.

cannot redeem WeChat Gift Cards CNY 100 on KXZ resolution
I purchased WeChat Gift Cards CNY 100 (CN) and followed the redemption instructions on the Offergame's website to redeem the gift card via KXZ solution. However, the QR code/website on KXZ Solutions is invalid, which means the instructions on Offergame's website is not working.
I submitted a ticket to seek a solution for the redemption. The staff said it issue is not Offergame's responsibility, instead, it is KXZ's responsibility. But no matter whose problem, I lost my money and get a useless code. So sad. I still cannot redeem the code until the ticket closed.
