I couldn’t have come across Michelle from Office Angels Leicester at a better point in my job search! One of the most warm, friendly yet professional individuals I have ever come across, she has supported me in landing the job of my dreams within less than a week of being registered. Throughout the process wasn’t a moment where I was left without an update, and it was clear every step of the way I was dealing with someone who cared. I cannot thank her enough!

Another pointless recruiter making big promises about finding me a role, then completely disappearing once I show interest. No returned calls, no replies to emails—nothing. This is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Office Angels: all talk, no action.

The recruiter, **Shairiz Charania**, reminds me of a used car salesperson—saying whatever it takes to push a role, even when it’s rubbish. They were pushy about a job I didn’t even want, and the moment I said fine, I’ll go for it, they vanished. No follow-up, no communication, nothing.

I don’t like having my time wasted, and I don’t appreciate being ignored, especially when I’m chasing up about a role I wasn’t interested in to begin with. The conclusion is simple: **don’t contact me about any jobs in the future**. Office Angels has proven yet again to be unreliable, unprofessional, and an agency best avoided.

No, I won’t be getting in touch to discuss this. That opportunity has long passed. This wasn’t an isolated incident — the poor service and treatment have been ongoing. It’s simply too late to put things right now.

You get one chance to make a good impression with a customer. OFFICE ANGELS has had multiple chances with me and failed every time. I’m not interested in explanations, excuses, or damage control after the fact.

I’ve had enough of the poor communication and lack of follow-through. I’m not prepared to waste any more time engaging with a service that consistently fails to deliver.

Based on my repeated experiences, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company altogether.
